#racenote สนามไอรอนแมน70.3บางแสน.. ตอนปลิวไปกับสายลม 🌪🌪 อีกหนึ่งสนามที่สนุกและมีดีเทลให้จดจำ ใครพร้อมซ้อมมาก็จบสบาย ไม่ซ้อมก็เหนื่อยหน่อยค่ะ สนามไม่ยากแต่ก็ไม่ง่าย มันมีดีเทล55 โชคดีปีไหนเจออะไร ปีรไม่มีลมแต่ร้อนมากกก ปีนี้ได้ลมพายุหมุนแต่ตอนวิ่งก็สบายหน่อย ถือว่าอากาศดีสำหรับระยะนี้ แต่ลมแรงนะคะช่วงปั่นขาไป ยอมรับว่าทรมานมาก ใครรู้สึกบ้าง?? 😅 ไม่ได้เตรียมใจมาขนาดนี้ โชคยังดีไปเปลี่ยนล้อเล็กมาเหมือนรู้ล่วงหน้า 20โลแรก เหมือนปั่นอยู่กับที่จริงๆ รถส่ายและหนักมาก นึกในใจมันจะเป็นตลอด90โลมั้ยแว้
โชคดีที่ผ่าน20โลมาก็เริ่มสบายตัว อุปสรรคที่2คือขวดน้ำตอรปิโด ตั้งแต่ระยะ35-45โลนางทำพิษมาตลอด จะร่วงจะหล่นถึง3ครั้ง ต้องจอดรถติดยางล็อคใหม่ทุกรอบ รอบที่3มันลอยไปเลยอยู่กลางสะพานขาลงเกือบทำคนเค้าคว่ำกันแถวช่วงลงสะพานยาวๆ หันกลับไปมอง พอละมรึงนอนอยู่ตรงนั้นไปเล้ย 4,000บาท+++ช่างแมร่งไม่เก็บแล้ว555 🤣 แต่โชคดีทีมงานบอกว่ามีคนเก็บให้แล้วนะคะ เดี๋ยวค่อยไปเอาคืนที่หลัง
โดยรวมชอบทุกอย่างของสนามนี้จัดงานดีเยี่ยม น้ำและของกินเพียบจริงๆค่ะ ว่ายน้ำรอบเดียวมองเส้นทางง่าย เมื่อวานมีคลื่นลมนิดหน่อย เวลาว่ายก็ช้ากว่าที่แพลนไว้2-3นาทีแต่โดยรวมโอเค
ที่ชอบที่สุดคือตอนวิ่ง มันส์จริง ตอนแรกคิดว่าจะไม่เอาละ ไปเรื่อยๆจนจบพอ วิ่ง2ชั่วโมงคงไม่ไหว แต่แล้วเจอคุณฮั้ว(นักแข่งอีกท่าน)มาไล่บี้ เลยคิดสนุกๆเอาวะ เร่งตามสักหน่อยพอมีสีสัน สรุปเป็น21โลที่ได้เหงื่อกันเลย เราวิ่งเข้าเส้นชัยพร้อมกัน แข่งจบกอดกันกลมเลย รู้สึกมีแรงฮึดพอมีเพื่อนวิ่งด้วย ต้องขอบคุณฮั้วด้วยจริงๆ แข็งแกร่งมากๆ เราเป็น2คนไทยแรกในรุ่น ag ที่เข้าเส้นติดๆกัน รุ่นอายุของโยบอกเลยว่าเก่งๆกันทั้งนั้นจากหลายประเทศ
ก็เป็นอันจบการแข่งขันที่เวลาดีขึ้นจากปีที่แล้ว 30นาที ขอบคุณกำลังใจจากทุกๆท่านค่ะ ❤️ เอาจริงๆแค่แข่งให้สนุกและปลอดภัยก็พอแล้วค่ะ ปีหน้ามาลุยใหม่ 😁 สนามหน้า ironman70.3 Liuzhou ประเทศจีนไม่รู้ cancel ป่าวเงียบเลย และลง Subic Bay Philippines ไว้ด้วย ปีนี้แข่ง70.3 เยอะยันสิ้นปีเลย เอาให้เบื่อ 😅

Sent my condolences to the family of former US Senator Richard Lugar, who died this week.
Senator Lugar was a firm friend of Singapore who strongly supported US engagement of Asia. Today Singapore hosts regular visits by US warships and aircraft. This came about from a visit by Senator Lugar to Singapore in 1989, when he met Mr Lee Kuan Yew, then still PM.
At the time, the leases on the U.S. bases at Clarke Airbase and Subic Bay in the Philippines were expiring. Senator Lugar and Mr Lee discussed how Singapore could be helpful in maintaining the US presence in Asia. That led to the 1990 Memorandum of Understanding Regarding United States Use of Facilities in Singapore and later, the 2005 Strategic Framework Agreement which recognised Singapore as a Major Security Cooperation Partner of the US.
Later, I made it a point to call on Senator Lugar each time I was in Washington. It was always enlightening to hear his perspectives and insights, and to sense his deep belief in America’s global role. The last time I did so was in 2010. I was saddened to read in 2012 that he had been defeated in the Republican primary. It was a loss of a good friend of Singapore in the Senate, and a sign of the changing political climate in the US. – LHL
