骨盆疼痛的問題😬
這個禮拜去了舊金山，每一天不小心走了好幾公里上上下下。後來我的骨盆開始痛然後我們發現是因為我的身體現在有很多“relaxin hormone” (松弛激素??). 這個是幫助我們骨盆“松”一點所以比較好生。 但是現在是讓我的骨盆有一點太鬆了，位子可能也跑掉了。不知道你們有沒有同一個問題。 我自己覺得這幾個影片還滿有幫助- 你們可以試試看。 游泳也很爽！ 哈哈：）

MY BELLY BUTTON is trying to poke out and become an outie (So, I've been gingerly trying to push it back in. 😉
I have the beginning of Symphysis pubis dysfunction (ie. pain in the groin when I try and walk uphill, climb stairs, or yes, try and balance on one leg while I put on underwear).
After some research, it looks like this is quite common and caused by my body releasing too much relaxin. Who would have ever thought that it would be BAD to be TOO relaxed. Shame we can't bottle this stuff up and sell it.
Anyway, hope you're not having the same kind of groin and pelvic pain I got (from climbing up and down the streets of San Francisco), but if you are, here are some videos I found quite helpful:

Day off from filming so we woke up at 5:30am to hike Mount Pulai!! 4hrs, 1 scorpion, several monkeys, 1 waterfall, 1 sore right butt cheek, 2 sore thighs, 3 bowls of leicha later, we are finished and happy!

病毒14個症狀：
第1個症狀：發燒 fever
第2個症狀：喉嚨痛 sore throat

冠狀病毒一直在變異，很多症狀會改變，每個人的症狀也不同，這裡我列出常看到的14個症狀。我覺得似乎跟感冒和流感很像，其中比較不同的是乾咳，呼吸急促，以及失去嗅覺和味覺。
hurt, ache, sore, pain 疼痛用字
hurt 的痛是特定位置的描述方式，ache 比較大範圍隱隱作痛。sore 是酸痛，是痛的一種型態，pain 也是比較特定位置的痛，但痛感是很強烈的，pain 本身的意思就是痛苦的意思。大概就是這樣的用法，還是要慢慢學習，或許還有很多細節用法，這是大致上的不同。(sore throat 喉嚨痛是固定的用法，是感冒的一種症狀)
My back hurts. I feels sore in the lower part.
我背痛。我的腰感覺很酸。(back 指肩膀到腰部，腰要用 lower back)
I twisted my ankle. It's in a lot of pain.
我扭到我的腳踝。非常的痛。

It really hurts. (真的很痛)
It hurts a lot. (真的很痛)
It hurts pretty bad. (真的很痛 這是口語的方式，不會用 pretty badly)
It hurts badly. (很少這樣的用法)
所以如果要講很痛，可以用前三句比較好
