Yayyyy!!! It’s World Ocean Day today :)))) We celebrate every 8 June as a reminder of how integral our seas are to life on Earth. Today is an opportunity to raise global awareness of the benefits humans get from the ocean and our individual and collective duty to use its resources sustainably.
La Mer Blue Heart commits to helping protect marine habitats across the globe, in hopes to ensure future flourishing seas for generations to come. Through Oceans Fund supporting ocean conservation efforts around the world to La Mer’s main ingredient -Sea kelp, is sustainably hand harvested!!
Amid the coronavirus pandemic, when will we be able to travel again? The short answer is nobody knows for sure. No beach vacation? No worries
We can also support this moment of ocean peace and health from inside our homes. We can make small actions and sustainable decisions that can change the destiny of our ocean. This period of time when we are indoors can be the seed of change to protect the great big blue universe that we all love and that we all need to survive
Ways to save Oceans from home
-Keep your carbon footprint in mind and decrease your energy consumption
-Conserve water
-Use eco friendly products
-Time to reuse what you have
-Recycling is the right thing to do
-Grow your own veggie
-Consider a more plant based diet
-Support organizations that protect the oceans
-Make sustainable decisions when you choose seafood
-Communicate your love for the ocean!
-Volunteer-define it however you want, the only part that matters is putting in the time to show your support, even raising awareness through art created from debris, it all plays into a larger role of protecting our ocean!
-If Netflix is one of your favorite pastimes, add underwater documentaries to educate yourself from home
Chasing Coral: A documentary that explains the coral bleaching phenomenon due to global warming
Mission Blue: This environmental film created by Sylvia Earle’s non-profit organization talks about the importance of having a healthy ocean and caring for our reefs
A Plastic Ocean: A journalistic and scientific investigation into the causes and consequences of marine debris and an exhibition of possible solutions

Whenever I look back through photos or videos that were taken while filming for the documentary #SentuhanHarapan , my heart feels really heavy and most times I tell myself not to cry and stop myself from over thinking. But if only I could tell you how much every single day filming for Sentuhan Harapan meant for me. For me to meet children who have nothing to eat, nothing to wear, not knowing what's next for them the next day. It breaks my heart so much knowing that I can't help them. That I can't change their lives not even in the least.
These little preschoolers you see here are the Badjao children. Children of the sea people who live in poverty in the Philippines.
They are almost always covered in grime and dirt and hungry.
So in this shoot in a tiny shelter converted into a preschool, when I got to see them in clean T-shirts and clean hair, it was so emotional for me. This free preschool and free food (once a day) is the hard work of a non-profit organisation.
No matter the bad things we see in the world, humanity will shine through.
I'm seriously thinking of compiling all of my short stories in blog so that these memories I made, will never get lost with time.

Video Title: How To Save The Maldives? (The 7 Choices)
"The Maldives, 2119 - in the Indian Ocean. Children play on the streets, as worshipers enter the city mosque for their morning prayer. Fresh fruit & vegetable stands line the alleyways, as nearby fishermen with their buckets of entrails gut their morning catch on the sidewalk. This is the city of Malé, the capital of the Maldives, and in 2119 (aside from some advanced architecture) it appears life in the Maldives isn’t so different from a hundred years earlier. But the closer you look, the more you may miss, because you should in fact be looking from afar - far back enough to see that the nation of islands, formerly known as the Maldives, has actually long been evacuated. In place, a nation of oil rigs; because this is the new Maldives..."

ご視聴ありがとうございます!
English comment is after Japanese.

Thank you so much for watching!
I did a cover of "SEA (GREEN MIND 2019 at The Room version)" by Motohiro Hata.
The original version is included on 3rd album "Documentary", self-selection album "Hitomimibore (Love at first `listen`)", and so on.
I think this song's challenge level is so high.(I finally did it...💦)
How can the complex stroke pattern be put on this rhythm also singing, that's point.
Also, the timing of up-strumming is important.
Additionally, although the chord of hook soon after interlude is bit change, these chords are hard to press, and strumming pattern is complex, so this part is more hard to play.
Regarding CM7(9) chord of this part, Hata-san played this chord very easy, so I wrote it on caption.
However, it was so difficult for me, so I changed the acutual played chord from CM7(9) to Cadd9, sorry...💦
When become to be able to play, I think this is so cool song with highly addictive like a feeling want to play again and again.
I truly realized how cool Hata-san is who easily play this difficult song!!
Although my unskilled cover, I hope this video will help for your guitar cover.
Thanks my friends!

Growing up with Thai blood, Muslim background, and a British stepfather throughout Top Russell’s life has always confused him. On the other side, Michelle Goh was born in East Malaysia Kuching which is also a cultural mixing pot. Their constant change of knowledge of food has forced them to go on a search: What is Authenticity? What is the flavor of their identity? On the journey, they created TER’RA.
Top, receiving 2018 Best Young Chef / Thailand, teamed up with Michelle, patisserie chef from Suhring, 2 Michelin Star. TER’RA soon created an excitement of “Modern Territorial
Cuisine” and became the hottest Pop-up in Bangkok. Using 100% Thai ingredient, creating Modern western dishes, and focusing on the search of forgotten territorial produce. Now Top & Michelle is bringing TER’RA to Taiwan, using the concept of modern territorial cuisine to put Taiwan’s abundant agricultural landscape, earth & sea together to start a journey of discovery.
