Sakura Cha (桜茶), also known as Sakurayu (桜湯), is a Japanese herbal tea made from preserved cherry blossom flowers. Since the flower is pickled in salt and vinegar, the tea has a sour-salty taste. Have you tried this type of tea before? :-)
