以前は旭川の小学校が見学に来ていたらしいですが、今では見学受付をしていないので中を見れるのは貴重ですよ✨

However, ramen is a kind of food that I prefer to go out to eat because it should be hard to prepare the broth and noodle as good as @hironori_craft_ramen

I love their Tonkotsu Ramen, and it tasted so good!! The broth was not too thick but flavorful and creamy. The chashu was the star, perfectly cooked, it tasted tender and juicy, love the flavor from the grill where they char it before it went in the ramen. The noodles were chewiness, and so match with the broth.
