A編今天看到這筆交易時，真的被大大地吸引。
老鷹很清楚當大家都在搶時，自己絕對搶不到，然後把一個自己養成還算不錯、但近來發展有點走偏，加上考量到薪資結構跟合約狀況有點難抉擇的側翼，搭配自己的薪資空間，換來算是近年來少見複數首輪選秀權的包裹；而Allen Crabbe即便「身價不符」，但也仍然有一戰之力，我也預感會成為季中又一個被買斷、成為季後賽球隊重要補強的人選。
籃網成為了東區快艇，有著一票高性價比、多功能的合約球員，也同樣都是要挑戰大城市傳統老大哥，也有著龐大可以操作的薪資空間；但更重要的是，這幾年樂透順位都不在手上的籃網，靠著目標明確的交易操作，然後信任一個教練，讓他用能夠用自己的風格去培養球員，讓許多球員在籃網打出遠高於取得、維持成本的產出，又是一個讓人反思「Trust The Process」到底在相信個什麼的好例子。而Taurean Prince在籃網，也有機會成為非常大的賺頭。
東區我認為暴龍跟76人應該都會也是有那個能力留下主力的兩大領先強權，公鹿部分，字母哥成長的幅度可能很難填補他們失去的球員，塞爾提克當年那個側翼三岔路口做出的決定，加上後續的交易，影響了也許東區至少5-7年的戰局。

這筆交易，帳面上真的沒有什麼值得大書特書的人物，不論是高薪的Crabbe和當初選秀順位不差的Prince，都很難在轉隊後成為什麼要角，或許新球季都只會是替補球員，但水面上平凡無奇的交易，在水面下卻是籃網得到大量拚現在的餘裕，老鷹拿到更多未來的資源，這現在與未來的取捨，兩隊算是各取所需，而在6月21日的選秀會及7月1日的自由市場開市後，這兩隊會用什麼姿態浮出水面上，才是交易後的重點。

做法：
1. 在蛋糕模放入雲尼拿海綿蛋糕
2. 塗上忌廉，放入士多啤梨，重複數次
3. 拿出蛋糕模，加上士多啤梨，朱古力薄荷作裝飾

1 Vanilla Sponge Cake, 600g Strawberry, 150g Whipped Cream, Chocolate Mint
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Place vanilla sponge cake on the mousse tin.
2. Thinly spread whipped cream and densely place strawberries on top. Repeat this process until 3-4 layers high.
3. Remove it from the tin and place enough strawberries on top of the cake and serve.
