【大紀元2019年03月22日訊】加州正在考慮禁止銷售所有含威脅健康化學物或致癌物的化妝品，州議會週二（19日）提出的AB459提案，列出了石棉、水銀、鉛、甲醛和PFAS氟化物等二十多種有毒物質。

Legislation introduced in California Tuesday would ban the sale of cosmetics that contain toxic chemicals associated with risk of cancer, reproductive issues or hormonal disruption.
Specifically, the “Toxic-Free Cosmetics Act” targets products made with asbestos, lead, diethylhexyl phthalate, formaldehyde, mercury, carbon black and compounds known as PFAS among others.

#易潔鑊使用小貼士 #真不黏鑊 #忌乾煎❓

咁多年來，用過嘅鑊不是好多但也絕對不少，最鍾意用嘅梗係易潔鑊，煎炒煮炸洗鑊都冇煩惱。不過都唔係隻隻易潔鑊都真係咁好，試過最差嘅唔夠一個月就被我棄鑊。

最鍾意嘅係半年前買返嚟嘅比利時Blue Diamond易潔鑊，佢嘅陶瓷易潔不粘層做得好好，呢半年來煮嘢食都得心應手，無論煮啲乜都唔易黐底，仲可以入焗爐㖭。

唔知大家有冇聽過都市傳言，易潔鑊會釋放有害物質致癌，我都有check過，其實係講緊某啲易潔鑊過熱時會出現嘅問題，有啲品牌就加入咗紅點去做過熱警示。

而我揀呢個比利時Blue Diamond易潔鑊就完全冇呢個問題，亦唔需要紅點，因為佢係用天然陶瓷不粘塗層，不含有害嘅PFAS、PFOA、鉛或鎘，即使煮食時幾熱都不會釋放有害物質。

而且佢嘅不黏陶瓷塗層非常堅固，用咗歐洲證書認證嘅鑽石晶體塗層，堅硬度係傳統易潔鑊塗層嘅五倍，所以就算用金屬鑊剷都唔會咁易刮花，不過想個鑊再襟用啲我都慣用返矽膠或木製鑊鏟嘅。

呢隻Blue Diamond易潔鑊使用壽命，官方測試話長一般易潔鑊10倍，傳熱亦比一般金屬導熱性好，除咗節省能源，個鑊夠熱又受熱均勻，炒餸鑊氣都好好多啦。

另外佢耐熱達450度，可以入焗爐，都幾多用途！又可以入洗碗機，除咗明火仲可以用電磁爐㖭。不過有一樣嘢要注意，就係如果想易潔鑊耐用啲，任何易潔鑊都唔好乾煎，開火前一定要落少少油，因為隻鑊傳熱快，平時煮餸用中低火就OK喇。
