蘇格蘭你好！🏴🤩第一站去咗Speyside區，即係蘇格蘭威士忌嘅心臟，因為呢到集中咗好多超出名嘅威士忌酒廠。首先參觀咗Aberlour單一麥芽威士忌酒廠， 1879年到而家都坐落Aberlour區嘅River Spey河邊，山明水秀。佢哋用嘅大麥及軟水全部在這區，非常原汁原味！多謝品牌大使@Tristan Campbell 嘅招待，試咗全個系列嘅威士忌，仲有只係威士忌廠先買到嘅酒廠特別版Aberlour Single Cask 14年，同埋剛剛出街嘅Aberlour Casg Annamh Small Batch 001 （香港未有呀）！Casg Annamh解 Rare Cask, 入過3個桶，非常平衡而有層次，香氣四溢，帶海鹽、提子乾、乾杏㭪、香梨、橙花、紫花及香料等，餘韻悠長。Wonderful! 第一站已經咁吸引，跟住繼續分享其他威士忌體驗！Cheers! 🥃🥃🤗💕
Hello Scotland! 🏴🤩My 1st distillery stop is in Speyside, the heart of whisky production with many famous whisky distilleries! I visited Aberlour Single Malt Distillery, which is located in Aberlour by River Spey since 1879 till now! This distillery is gorgeous with natural scenes around. All barley & soft water used for whisky making r locally sourced, so every drop of whisky is 100% from Aberlour. Thanks Tristan Campbell, the brand ambassador, for showing me around. We tried the whole series including the Aberlour Single Cask 14 Distillery Reserve (which u can only get it in the distillery) & Aberlour Casg Annamh Small Batch 001 (just launched & not in HK yet). Casg Annamh means Rare Cask, which has been matured in 3 types of Casks. It’s aromatic, balanced & complex, with sea salt, raisin, dried prune, pear, citrus, orange blossom, violet & spices noted! Wonderful! The 1st stop is sooo amazing already! Gotta share more about my whisky journey with u! Cheers! 🥃🥃🤗 💕
