Saya sangat suka berbuka puasa dengan kuih muih basah seperti puding dan agar agar. Begitu juga di hari raya, antara hidangan harus ada ialah puding dan agar agar.

Hari ini saya ingin kongsikan satu resepi mudah iaitu Puding Karamel Tanpa Telur. Penyedap nya ialah susu cair dan susu sejat manis dari OKI. Susu sejat OKI memang terasa lemak lemaknya dan menjadikan puding saya lebih lazat.

Jom sediakan kuih muih untuk hidangan berbuka puasa di bulan Ramadhan nanti.

Puding Agar Agar Karamel
Gula hangus;
1/4 cawan gula
3 sudu besar air

Bahan puding
10 gram serbuk agar agar
1 tin susu cair OKI
1/2 cawan susu krimer manis OKI GOLD Multi Vitamin
4 cawan air
3/4 cawan gula
3 sudu besar tepung kastard
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla

Panaskan gula dan air dalam periuk atas api perlahan sehingga keperangan, kemudian baru kacau sekata.

Tuang dalam loyang saiz 8 inci dan ketepikan.

Satukan semua bahan puding dan kacau di atas api sederhana menggunakan whisk sehingga mendidih dan sedikit pekat.

Tuang ke dalam loyang berisi gula karamel. Sejukkan sebelum dimasukkan dalam peti.
