香港電台回應 / RTHK Response #ThePulse
就 2020 年 3 月 28 日英文節目《脈搏》（The Pulse），香港電台發言人回應如下：
當天播出之《脈搏》，主題是探討世界各地新冠肺炎疫情，以歐洲、美洲疫情最嚴重的城市為切入點，如紐約、倫敦、以至意大利北部最受影響的倫巴第大區。該集旨在分析各地疫情之應對及受影響的民眾感受，有各地方政府的說法，亦有世衞的回應。
當提及台灣，節目只以地方（place) 來形容，本身並沒有任何取態。
香港電台審視全集內容後，認為該集節目並無違反「一國兩制」，亦沒有違反《香港電台約章》。

Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) responds concerning the episode of The Pulse broadcast on 28 March 2020:
The theme of the episode concerned is the global situation of COVID-19, particularly how it has affected the recently hard hit continents of Europe and North America. The programme examined New York, London and Italy's Lombardy. It gives an overall analysis of the measures taken in combatting the pandemic and the responses of the people affected in these areas. Local governments and the World Health Organization (WHO) were also included in the programme.
Within the programme, Taiwan is described as a place and nothing else.
RTHK has gone through the entire episode and found no violation of either the principle of One Country Two Systems or the Charter of RTHK.
