Been so busy since the opening of my #newrestaurant in #danang @nenrestaurant the last 10 days I hardly had time to update this Instagram account. My team and I built it literally from the ground up 2 years ago without any outside backers, in a small city in central Vietnam, and now it’s one of the world’s best restaurants!
