今天早上大概沒幾個人注意到這場我在FOX轉播的NCAA比賽，我只能說俄亥俄州大的新鮮人控衛D'Angelo Russell真的太可怕了。在NCAA比賽能演出大三元實屬不易。（校史第一位大三元新鮮人），完全是超齡的成熟打法跟全面身手，相信他絕對會是六月NBA選秀的top pikcs之一。

首先一個gag，神版友（唔tag佢，雖則佢係medium作者，仲係深烤我介紹佢用。我其實好驚佢的）成廿年前已經講：Millionaire譯百萬富翁，冇問題。但根本中文係譯唔到billionaire 呢個字。億萬富翁？但billion明明係十億（即係一千個million，一後面九個零）

事實係，百萬富翁已成為笑話。一百萬港紙？首期都未夠畀。小弟都一早係百萬富翁（搞移民台灣都要百萬五港紙啦大佬）。一百萬美金？好啲，但其實應該都唔多夠退休。有數得計，好進取當你收五厘息一年，一個月三皮嘢左右，都勉勉強強咋。冇得即時拍枱起身嘅，有乜可能係「富翁」？真係老夫子咁中頭獎都返去餵猩猩，秦先生咁中頭獎仲返去拖地咩。

百萬富翁呢個詞成為笑話，又畀你見到通脹有幾緊要，所以唔投資真係死路一條。但今日重點唔係講呢個。

彭博話，millionaire 上一級就係billionaire（以下所有都講美金，除非另有注明），實在太闊。入面已經一條歧視鏈。剛好百萬嘅，真係仲要Benz for the mouth為口奔馳，中端打工仔咋，但去到幾億（several hundred million）身家嘅，仲係millionaire，未到billionaire，但肯定已係唔使做嘅富人級。

但去到billionaire，一樣都係又分好多種，又係歧視鏈。Billionaire入門嘅，十億美金身家，當然係富豪。但只係普通富豪。Jay-Z，趙薇嗰啲明星入面嘅富豪咪十億美金身家水平（當然呢啲榜多數低估，但講故唔好駁故），係富，但唔係去到流傳千古嘅水平。你去到另一端嘅，標基呀光頭佬呀，過百Billion，千億美金身家，何止富可敵國，直頭more money than god，就唔係Jay-Z，趙薇或者NBA英超球星嗰啲級數

而在低端嘅，我地又唔會叫人做thousandnaire 或者even worse，hunderdnaire．但明明正係我地好多人嘅寫照

正如我講，用字係好講究。我到而家都認為講「年薪二十萬」十分滑稽，正如我冇可能講我間屋「佔地四百尺」，埃汾FB Page「坐擁六千粉絲」，恒指亦冇得「勁跌300點」。用字咁極端，等同廚師勁落味精，係缺乏自信嘅表現。

彭博就話，好簡單，用scientific notation。你副身家，10 to the power幾多。就係你嘅Wealth Score

由十分忘恩嘅負2，去到湯大狀最愛嘅11（如是我聞，其實我都唔知係乜），應該包晒全人類咁滯。入門嘅百萬富翁，6分。光頭佬同標基，11分，全宇宙就係佢兩個。另一極端嘅，一蚊雞美金身家嘅小朋友，咪1分。一毫子美金身家嘅（我啲勞蘇？），咪-1。去到十分忘恩嘅-2，人類極限了。再少啲？你都唔會得閒睇文。

負資產嗰啲點算？係undefined的．10嘅幾多次方都唔會變成負數（你唔知？又證明香港地講STEM真係算鳩數）。log負數計數機只會出error．《那些年》話你知唔識log 都可以好好生活下話，可能。但負資產嘅，唯有計入忘恩嘅-2級，冇計，你突破晒人類底線。

其實，講咁多嘢，好撚似開心大發現咁。我地華文傳媒一早有講啦，身家幾多位數字嘛。嘻。根本就係運媒去紐卡素，輪子再發明。所以唔好以為鬼文一定好。不過我冇去譯（算係啦），你邊有得笑。仆街，仲要畀錢彭博先有得睇架。但你就唔使畀錢。係咪好爽先。記得畀個讚同share。未like我FB Page嘅快去，等我唔好再「坐擁六千粉絲」

3，一千蚊身家：十七億人。已經幾好架啦。不過香港啲小朋友一部電話都唔止。代表你唔使借錢都可以應急（有幾急？一千蚊美金做到幾多嘢）。典型嘅美國租樓者就係咁。係呀。

4，一萬蚊身家：十三億人。夠買架新車（唔係法拉利啦下），如果冇讀大學嘅美國中產家庭，就係咁上下。

5，十萬身家：得返四億人。代表你可以供樓了，嘻。典型嘅？就係美國左翼（膠？）民主黨明星（都新咗好耐）AOC，Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez。當然係佢出咗國會糧之後。之前仲係冇錢交租要做侍應的。

6，百萬身家millionaire：四千萬人。典型嘅？ Boris Johnson。代表你可以在海邊買多間屋了。又， Boris Johnson都係講緊百萬美金身家咋？你睇香港人幾咁富貴。普通一個公務員退休金都有。做食環都住千幾萬樓　（http://bit.ly/2ogR3rO）

7，千萬身家：百幾萬人咋。基本上鍾意邊度買多層樓都得（但唔係山頂掛）。典型嘅，Ginni Rometty，IBM CEO．大企業CEO頂級打公仔大約就係呢啲級數。好勁嘅可以勉強突破，例如霍建寧

8，億億聲美金：五萬個。可以在大學有楝樓係你個名。典型？Rex Tillerson。美國國務卿，已被炒。ExxonMobil蓬佩奧上手。

9，十億美金，billionaire：幾千個，夠你有間大學用自己命名。但我懷疑，得咁少？例子係意大利政棍，AC米蘭前（？）班主，萬惡嘅貝魯斯科尼 Silvio Berlusconi。或者頭先上面講嘅，Jay-Z，趙薇

10，百億美金身家：百五個，全部係富豪榜上數得出嘅名人。例如真人Iron Man，Tesla 嘅Elon Musk嗰種級數。可以買隊波（唔係西甲愛斯賓奴之類啦大佬）返嚟自己玩。但其實達拉斯小牛班主（？）Mark Cuban都講緊係9分咋下。「不過幾十億美金身家」。

11，千億美金：就係兩條友，光頭佬同標基。可以上太空呀，或者消滅天花呀咁。能人所不能，神奇頂級超卓。

12？冇了。仍需努力。

留意，企業就有four comma club（http://bit.ly/2JISKXf），講過啦，one thousand 一撇，one million 兩撇，one billion三撇，one trillion市值（美金啦）咪四撇，four comma．有幾間企業先後上過去four comma club，一萬億市值。呢刻微軟同蘋果都仲係。但人，暫時冇人接近呢個four comma club。光頭佬同標基都「只係」千億美金，要多九倍十倍先去到，似乎冇乜希望，亦冇乜必要。

睇完，都冇乜得著。不過都係睇你點睇。知足嘅，咪對下睇。香港地，人工點都皮幾兩皮嘢（洗碗都有啦），儲到一萬蚊（美金啦頂）應該唔難。當然有人飯都冇得開執紙皮，但唔係你啲網友啦。咁已經至少好過地球上45億人，一大半。但我話你知你幸福過北韓啲小朋友，唔會令你對個社會少啲不滿架，對不？因為人只會同身邊嘅人比

唔知足嘅，望上去，仲有成百萬人有千萬美金身家。你估你幾時先追到？

咁你估都估到，個分佈梗係一個金字塔啦，窮人最多，底下三層幾十億人，11分嘅得兩個。而每個士哥之間，係爭10倍。對數嘛，叫咗你唔好睇咁多《那些年》。正如早排推特有人講 7.2級同8.1級地震「等級接近」，我就唯有話佢知 振幅爭差不多10倍！強度爭30倍！十年一遇同百年一萬嘅分別。學好數學好重要的說。

As chants of "M-V-P" filled the electrified air, LeBron James locked his thumbs under his maroon jersey and made it pop off his chest.

The Cavaliers had beaten the NBA champions again, and James soaked in every second.
"This," he said, "is what I live for."
Cleveland showed its Christmas Day win over Los Angeles was no gift as James scored 37 points, including 12 straight down the stretch, and the Cavs, playing their first game without injured Mo Williams, beat Kobe Bryant and the Lakers 93-87 on Thursday night.
J.J. Hickson grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds and Anderson Varejao made three free throws in the final 20 seconds as Cleveland swept the season series between the league's top two teams. That could give the Cavs home-court advantage if they meet the Lakers in June's finals.

A lot can happen between now and then, but the win gave Cleveland confidence it might be able to survive despite losing Williams, their All-Star point guard, who will miss at least one month with a shoulder sprain. Williams scored a team-high 28 in Cleveland's Dec. 25 win at Staples Center.
Williams will be missed. But with James around, the Cavs have little to fear.
"He willed this win for us," Cavs coach Mike Brown said of his star. "He has been doing that for us down the stretch, no matter who our opponent is."
Bryant finished with 31 points but was only 4-of-15 in the second half as the Lakers lost the opener of an eight-game road trip. Pau Gasol scored 13 for Los Angeles, which shot just 33 percent in the final three quarters.
Bryant surpassed 25,000 career points, but he was unable to match James in the fourth quarter as both teams turned to their superstars. Earlier, Bryant was looking forward to a physical game and was eager to see how the Lakers would respond to playing "smashmouth" basketball against Eastern Conference squads like Cleveland and Boston.
Afterward, he wasn't so sure the Lakers are rough enough.
"The mentality has to change a little bit playing against these teams," Bryant said. "These teams are physical, tough-minded, hard-nosed types of teams. That's not part of our DNA. We have to step up and match that and still play skillful basketball."
James was careful not to put too much stock into Cleveland's win. He knows the regular-season sweep will mean nothing if the Cavs can't win it all.
"You don't want to look too far into beating one team twice," he said. "The championship still goes through L.A. It doesn't matter if you beat the team four times, you still have to beat them in the finals to take that trophy away from them."
With the score tied 80-all, James hit a 3-pointer from the left side, and after a miss by Bryant, James dropped another jumper to put Cleveland ahead by five. James then hit an 18-foot jumper to make it 87-80 with 2:48 left and the Cavs looked to be in control.
But Ron Artest hit a big 3 for the Lakers and Bryant made two free throws and a quick jumper to tie it 87-87 with 1:32 remaining.
James then blasted down the left side for a layup with 40.5 seconds to go, sending the raucous Quicken Loans crowd into a frenzy. After Gasol missed two free throws that would have tied it, James was fouled and missed the second of two free throws. But the ever-hustling Varejao was fouled by Artest as they battled in the key for the loose ball. Varejao, a 66 percent shooter from the line, made both attempts for a 92-87 Cavs lead with 20.7 seconds left.
"I'm glad he's on my side," James said of his frenetic teammate. "I have no idea how he does it at the right time."
Lakers coach Phil Jackson didn't agree with the call against Artest.
"I didn't like that," he said. "I thought it was Varejao's foul. When he blew the whistle, I thought he was going to call Varejao for coming over the back. But they called the foul on Ron for grabbing him. A rebound situation foul like that at the end of the game, to make that call is kind of weird."
Bryant then misfired on an off-balance 3-point attempt and James saved the long rebound, flying into Cleveland's bench after swatting the ball back.
"It's a huge win," James said. "I can't sit here and say it's just a normal game because it's not."
Bryant went just 11 of 25 from the floor, not much of an improvement from his 11 of 33 effort against Cleveland last month. He was guarded in the fourth by Delonte West, who started in place of Williams.
Shaquille O'Neal scored 13 and Hickson, who had just two points in the first meeting with L.A., had 11 and was the difference inside as he outworked Gasol and Andrew Bynum.
While media members, fans and even the league have pushed to portray the Cavaliers and Lakers as a budding rivalry, Bryant isn't buying it -- not yet anyway.
"No," he said coldly when asked if the team's were adversaries before the game. "Not at all."
He may now be warming up to the idea.

Alonzo Mourning had his best game. Allen Iverson had another 40-point game. But Tim Hardaway had the shot of the game.

Hardaway's leaning 22-footer over Eric Snow with 5.6 seconds to play gave the Miami Heat an 83-81 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, who wasted 41 points from Iverson.

In a game featuring playoff-like intensity, the 76ers pulled into the sixth and final tie of the fourth quarter when Dikembe Mutombo rebounded a miss by Snow and threw in a hook shot as he was fouled with 17 seconds to go. But Mutombo missed the free throw, leaving the score 81-81.

Hardaway, who had his dribble poked away from him by Snow in the final seconds of a loss on November 4, dribbled to the left of the arc and stepped on the circle as he leaned forward. Snow had a hand in his face, but Hardaway made the shot.

"The shot was a little quick but we probably wouldn't have gotten a better shot than that," Hardaway said.

"He made a good shot," Snow said. "He's made so many in his time. He kind of pushed off and made a great shot with a hand in his face."

The Sixers could not inbound to Iverson, who made 14-of-28 shots in his 17th 40-point game of the season. Instead, Snow passed to Aaron McKie, who passed to Jumaine Jones and took a return handoff before coming up short on a 3-pointer from the left sideline.

"The way Iverson was playing I would have liked to get him the ball," Sixers coach Larry Brown said. "They did a good job of keeping the ball out of his hands but we got a pretty good look."

Mourning played his best game since his return from a kidney
ailment two weeks ago. Perhaps motivated by playing against
fellow Georgetown alumnus Mutombo, Mourning had season highs of
20 points and 16 rebounds in 26 minutes and was on the floor
down the stretch.

"I don't care how many minutes I play as long as we get the
`W,'" Mourning said. "I know we have a huge window of
opportunity to get to that championship level. If we just stay
the course, the sky is the limit."

"Adrenaline had a lot to do with it," said Iverson, another
Georgetown alumnus. "He hadn't been playing as well as he did
tonight but Alonzo is a special basketball player. He's an
All-Star in every sense of the word."

It was a big win for the Heat (47-30), who blew an 11-point lead
and had to rally in the fourth quarter. They moved one game in
front of New York in the race for the third seed in the Eastern
Conference -- and the chance to avoid Philadelphia, the East's
top team, until the conference finals.

"Tonight had a playoff feel to it," Riley said.

"It wasn't a playoff game. I know that feeling already,"
Iverson said. "To me, this wasn't a playoff atmosphere. The way
they were jumping around at the end of the game showed me that
they really wanted this game."

Kobe Bryant had a perfect game beyond the arc to take over the NBA scoring lead, and the Los Angeles Lakers saved coach Phil Jackson from a dubious milestone.


Back from a two-game suspension, Bryant made all seven of his 3-point shots and scored 48 points Friday night in a 119-93 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

He moved a fraction ahead of the 76ers' Allen Iverson, who had 31 points, in the NBA scoring race. Bryant raised his average to 33.166 a game to Iverson's 33.090.

The win halted the Lakers' five-game losing streak and prevented Jackson from losing six straight for the first time in his 15 seasons as an NBA coach.

"Our spacing was good, which made it very difficult to corral me," Bryant said. "When they did, we were able to swing the ball and get open opportunities for everybody else."

Smush Parker joined his teammate in popping from outside, going 5-of-5 on 3-pointers and scoring a career-high 24 points.

"Kobe was hot shooting, making fadeaway jump shots from 25 feet away," Parker said. "It was good to have Kobe back. We got a brief taste of life without Kobe and we definitely missed him."

Philadelphia coach Maurice Cheeks is used to Bryant's shooting show.

"Kobe makes shots, we kept saying they were incredible shots and for most people they are," Cheeks said. "But for Kobe, I don't think they were incredible. He does things like that on an everyday basis."

Lamar Odom had a career-high 12 assists to go with eight points and seven rebounds for Los Angeles.

"Lamar is such a great facilitator, he takes a load off my shoulders so I don't have to facilitate, I can just focus on putting the ball in the basket," Bryant said.

He was suspended without pay for two games for elbowing Memphis' Mike Miller in the throat during the Lakers' 100-99 overtime loss to the Grizzlies on Dec. 30.

Iverson didn't get a whole lot of help from his teammates, with Andre Iguodala scoring 14 points, and Chris Webber and Kyle Korver 12 apiece.

"We don't have an identity as far as how we play on the defensive end," Iverson said. "We always score, so it's obvious our problem is in other areas."

Bryant sat out most of the fourth quarter of the lopsided victory and went 19-of-29. Iverson made 11-of-22.

The Lakers, up by 15 at the end of each of the first two periods, maintained a double-digit lead most of the second half.

The Lakers shot 59 percent for the game, including 13-of-20 from 3-point range, to the 76ers' 42 percent. Philadelphia was 2-for-10 on 3-pointers. ^Notes:@ Iverson has four scoring titles and no NBA championship rings. Bryant has no scoring titles and three rings.
