2018 is the Smurfs' 60th anniversary (born in 1958)

~The Smurfs Save Spring~ is a 70-minute, two act musical extravaganza that features live actors singing and dancing in full Smurf costumes. Arriving in Malaysia for the 1st time, the adorable blue creatures of the forest will be taking over the stage at the Genting International Showroom from now till 24 June 2018

It's directed by John Rowe & choreographed by Katie Kermond, of Millennium Entertainment International. It presents an original story about the Smurfs͛ favourite time of the year ~ SPRING

As the Smurfs village prepares for their much awaited Spring Parade, their perennial nemesis ~ the evil Gargamel plots to disrupt the festivities with another 1 of his wicked plans. The Smurfs will have to work together to battle Gargamel & to save Mother Nature, brought to life by the talented actors of this long running touring production

8 of the best-known Smurfs which being featured prominently are Papa Smurf, Clumsy Smurf, Brainy Smurf & the lovely Smurfette etc.

This show has shared the positive messages about friendship, teamwork & care of the environment. It has been touring since 2014 & has performed in more than 15 countries to entertaining over 150k fans & It's based on the comic created by Belgian cartoonist Pierre Culliford aka Peyo
