終於都搞掂大家問左幾年既問題?
其實肥果排真係好似千與千尋啲豬
我肥既原因係因為唔識節制飲食 同埋身體少郁動
未必個個人都同我一樣架
所以真係唔會話每一個人都有同樣效果
但我諗健康飲食同多郁動呢啲實無死既
瘦得多與少都好 建立到比較健康既習慣都係一個得著！
而且呢段時間會查多左每樣食物既卡路里／好處等等既資料
出街食野都會自動過濾到咩可以食多啲
咩食一兩舊就夠啦
其實我到依家仍然會食勁肥勁正既美食?
但我諗任何食物都有益處同壞處
食一粒糖都可以令人快樂，飲過量既水都會中水毒
最緊要都係自己識控制～好長氣???
