如果中國葡萄酒要我揀一支最似法國波爾多風格嘅葡萄酒，我會選Ao Yun敖雲葡萄酒。葡萄園係海拔2200至2600米嘅香格里拉，2013年係第一個年份，今日同釀酒師Maxence Dulou試2015年同最新推出嘅2016年比較下。前者因為嗰年氣侯暖d，果香甜美d。後者因為氣侯凍d，同埋加入少量Syrah及Petit Verdot, 所以層次多d同酸度高d。2016年不錯！Cheers!🎉🥳🍷
If I have to choose one wine from China that is most Bordeaux style, I’d choose Ao Yun wine. The vineyard is located 2200m-2600m above sea level in Shangrila. 2013 is its first vintage, I tried the latest vintage 2016 & compared to 2015 with its winemaker Maxence Dulou. 2015 has a warmer climate, this the wine is more fruity. 2016 has a cooler climate, plus adding a small portion of Syrah & Petit Verdot, it has higher acidity & with more layers. 2016 is nice! It’s very aromatic and elegant with floral, sweet spices, honey, black currant, citrus, dates & walnut notes. It’s so smooth with long & silky finish.
