想要用更新奇有趣的方式來做公益募款嗎?AIT剛剛舉行了一個「壺鈴挑戰」,來為台灣的一家育幼院募款。AIT有六個官員挑戰連續十天做1,000下盪壺鈴的動作,加起來總共要盪鈴60,000下,這可不是開玩笑的任務!這六個官員歷經了肌肉痠痛和起水泡的痛苦才完成這次的挑戰;有人甚至把壺鈴帶去露營,才不會讓紀錄中斷。AIT的其他同仁都對他們的毅力非常感動,紛紛為這次的公益活動慷慨解囊,捐出許多物資給育幼院。在美國,每到馬丁路德金恩紀念日,大家都會捲起衣袖,為自己的社區擔任義工。為響應這個優良的傳統,AIT組織了一個團體到育幼院訪問,將AIT募集到的物資親自交給院方,其中包括:一台全新的投影機;樂高玩具,讓物理治療師能夠用這些玩具協助有學習障礙的小朋友;為這些小朋友僱用家教的費用;以及捐贈的玩具和其他品項。也許有朋友沒有看過壺鈴,我們特別為大家拍了照片. #MLKDay #KettlebellChallenge
Looking for a new way to raise money for a good cause? AIT just held a “Kettlebell Challenge” to raise money for a local orphanage. Six AIT officers did 1,000 kettlebell swings a day for 10 straight days – that’s 60,000 swings all together. The group endured a lot of sore muscles and blisters. Some even took their kettlebells camping with them so they wouldn’t miss a day. Others at AIT were so moved by this group’s dedication to the cause, that they donated money and items to the orphanage. On Martin Luther King Day weekend, a traditional time for Americans to volunteer in their communities, a group from AIT visited the orphanage and delivered the donations, including a new projector, legos to be used by physical therapists to help kids with learning disabilities, money for tutoring the children, and donated toys and other items. Ladies to grow glutes. Just remember these 3 points:
- Eat Well
You cant be starving or eating like a bird (as pretty as you want to be) if you want to grow glute. Body needs fuel and your booty obviously needs fuel to grow as that is your BIGGEST muscle group in the body. Remember to always put wholesome foods first.
- Lift Heavy and Lotsa Volume
Ladies you want your booty gains? You have to learn how activate your glutes and lift heavy shit! I dont mean just squats ( truth be told that doesn't really activate glutes as much as you'd like) HIP THRUSTing is the way to go, plus glute bridges, pull throughs, deadlifts, kettlebells swings! You want it to grow you need to use heavy weights not little tiny ones. Your glutes ladies are strong know your booty worth!!! 😉
- Consistency and Hardwork
Growing your booty will take time. It's not impossible but be patient, be consistent and train smart.

This workout is great to tone your legs/thighs and also tone up the booty. Great for beginners or if you can't be bothered going into the gym. You can add some weights to make it a bit more challenging if you have access to some dumbbells or kettlebells! It's always good to add a bit of weight if bodyweight exercises don't challenge you anymore
I think most of you guys know that i am currently bulking right now, that means I'm eating a lot more and also lifting really heavy weights at the gym. So my legs and butt have definitely grown over the last two months. If you don't wanna grow your legs or butt bigger, then stick with light weights or body weight. But for those of you that want to grow your booty and legs then check out my gym-based fitness videos on how i do that.

好多朋友問過我們,如果想 firm 二頭及三頭肌有甚麼鍛鍊可以做。 所以本星期的 WORKOUT 是針對我們的手。
今個禮拜我們會做兩個動作每個動作會做十組!這個 WORKOUT 是非常硬,如果不能完成十組可以五咸六組開始然後慢慢加組。
