Inside the secretive world of the ateliers, the Autumn-Winter 2020-2021 Haute Couture collection by Maria Grazia Chiuri, on.dior.com/couture-aw2021, took shape through a process of invention typical of the famed Dior savoir-faire that saw each piece created twice - once in the usual size, and again in scaled down miniature. 自粛後、またまた横浜の総本山へ！家系ラーメン総本山『吉村家』に３人でお邪魔しました！ラーメン業界最後のレジェンドとも言われリスペクトされている吉村実氏が創始したお店です。自粛明けに伺ったのは３度目ですが、この日はかなりのお客さんが訪れており入店までに1時間以上かかるほどの活気でした。ラーメンにライスをお願いし今回はトッピングで生卵をオーダー。TKGにするなど食べ方を変えて濃厚な家系ラーメンを存分に楽しみました。トッピングが多岐に渡る吉村家だからこそ、工夫次第では裏技的食べ方でもより楽しめますね！それでは早速動画をご覧下さい！

【きのことベーコンのチーズ焼き】
今日は、ただ焼いてチーズのせただけなのにめっちゃ美味しい『きのことベーコンのチーズ焼き』を作りました！
大きな工夫もなく、ただただきのことベーコンを焼いてチーズをのせるだけなのに、これが止まらない美味しさ♪
きのことチーズで低糖質なので、たくさん食べても安心！あと一品に、おつまみに、ぜひぜひお試しください！！
〈材料〉1~2人分
ハーフベーコン 4枚
しめじ 150g
えのき 100g
バター 5g
にんにくチューブ 3㎝
醤油 小さじ1〜
ブラックペッパー 少々

今夜は野田市にある家系、、といえば…⁉︎千葉県野田市にある『王道』に伺ってきました。以前マコが２回ほどお邪魔しましたが、今回は機会あって３人で伺うことができました。王道家グループは千葉の取手市に本店を構え、その家系ラーメンの職人技を伝えるお店が千葉や神奈川、宇都宮、茨城など関東近郊を中心に点在しています。またつい最近、東海地方に「稲葉家」が初出店を果たし、そのDNAが確実に受け継がれ広がっているのは家系ラーメンファンのみならず、ラーメンファンの皆さんの知るところと思います。濃厚でコクのある豚骨スープ、王道家オリジナルの自家製麺、オリジナルレシピによる燻煙チャーシューなど、そのノウハウは家系ラーメンの王道を走りつつ、独自の創意工夫に基づいたものです。その技から作り上げられる家系ラーメンは、一度食べると心を掴んで離さないパンチ力と魅力に溢れており、本店を始めほとんどのお店が常にお客さんが絶えない人気店となっているんです！今回は３人揃っての訪問、大きなライスとともにお腹いっぱい堪能してきました！それでは早速動画をご覧ください！
Tonight, a Iekeiramen in Noda City, Speaking of 『︎ I visited“ Oudou ”in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture. Mako had visited before, but this time there was an opportunity and all member were able to go! The Oudo Group has its head office in Toride-shi, Chiba, and stores that convey the craftsmanship of its Iekeiramen, mainly in the Kanto suburbs such as Chiba, Kanagawa, Utsunomiya and Ibaraki. Just recently, the “Inabaya” opened its first store in the Tokai region, and it is known not only by Iekeiramen fans but also by ramen fans that the DNA has been passed down. The rich and rich pork bone soup, the original homemade noodles of the Oudou, and the smoked pork with the original recipe are based on original ingenuity while running the Oudou of the Iekeiramen. Iekeiramen made from that skill is full of punch and charm that you can grab once you eat, and most of the shops, including the main store, are always popular stores where customers do not cease! ＊Iekeiramen, is a style of ramen with fatty pork-soy-sauce flavored soup with thick flat noodles. The affiliated ramen houses originating from Yoshimura-ya Ramen in Yokohama! The famous and legendary ramen shop because of the perfect originaly ramen, made from pork born and soy sauce, until then no one made.
