“I’ve heard the word “Self-sufficiency” since I was young. Although I studied in an international school, everyone knew this word and thought of King Rama IX who had seeded this idea for Thai people. Personally, I’m not a material guy. When I was young, I didn’t want any toys. When I’m grown-up, I rarely go shopping. I used to wear the same suit for 2-3 years. I don’ know whether I’m stingy or frugal. (laugh) I don’t like shopping. I sometimes get complain that I’m a star, I supposed to take care of my look. I dress up only when I go to the events. Afterwork, I always wear warm pants and T-shirt. I’m not concerned much about brands. If it’s suit me no matter streetwear, I’ll buy it. My habit is like my dad’s. My dad started his life from zero. So, he know the value of money. King Rama IX taught us by example. That made me want to do well in everything: living, working and doing for the greater good. Nowadays, I work my dream jobs. I don’t concern much about money. Some jobs I have to spend money, instead of earning money. If jobs have positve effect to other people, I’m happy to do it.”
