上次過萬聖節是在新加坡，那時倆個女兒都還會出去Trick or Treating. 在上海的五年整個的氛圍沒有讓人想裝飾一下屋子的慾望，今年回來到台北，可以讓女兒們稍微的裝飾一下家裡的院子，準備些糖果迎接萬聖節！

#篝火之夜 🇬🇧
「Remember, remember the fifth of November...」每年的11月5日，是英國有400年傳統的「篝火之夜」。在有「篝火之都」之稱的英格蘭觀光小鎮——雷威斯（Lewes）——湧入了3萬多民眾前來參加這個全英國最盛大的篝火慶典。
傳統上，人們會在遊行中身著異服，搭篝點火，並焚燒「V怪客」原型——蓋伊．福克斯（Guy Fawkes）——的人偶，慶祝400年前被瓦解的「火藥陰謀」。
火藥陰謀發生於1605年11月5日，當時英國激進天主教徒福克斯，因不滿新教派的英王詹姆士一世，與一群天主教極端份子同謀在國會大廈的地下室，暗藏約2.5噸的火藥（據《英國獨立電視台》2005年的重建模擬實驗，約可炸毀今西敏一帶）——預謀一把炸了英王以及國會大廈。不料陰謀事前敗露，福克斯等人也因此被以叛國罪處死。詹姆士一世為了紀念驚險擊潰火藥陰謀，便將5日定為「篝火之夜」，流傳至今成為傳統。
而雷威斯之所以成為「篝火之都」，除了因為它還紀念了16世紀時於此地遭受火刑迫害的17名新教殉道者，還有特別焚燒政客人偶的盛大環節。像是今年就出現了「脫歐悍將」強森（Boris Johnson）揪著「鐵娘子」柴契爾夫人頭顱的假人偶，還有抗議英國GTR鐵路的「幽靈列車」以示憤恨。
而隨著時代變遷，篝火之夜的節慶與政治意味並陳，福克斯當年的叛亂者形象，也在流行文化影響下被反轉成無政府主義者的象徵，成為各大抗議現場的熟面孔。
