ชุด EOD ได้ปะทะกับคนร้ายที่เทือกเขา
บูโด ต่อจากนั้นได้ติดต่อขอกำลังเสริม
จาก สภอ.บาเจาะ ก่อนจะถึงจุดปะทะก็
โดนระเบิด แต่รถของน้องก็ผ่านมาได้

"Food Traceability" กินอะไรก็ได้...ไม่ได้!
อาหารเรามาจากไหน สำคัญมากนะ
จะรู้ได้ยังไงว่า ปลา≠แรงงานทาส / ไก่≠ไฟป่า / ผัก≠ปะการังตาย ?

ยุคนี้เรามี Option ด้านของกินเยอะมาก เปิดAPPอะไรก็มีมาให้เลือกเต็มไปหมด แต่นอกจากอร่อยและถูกแล้ว เราก็ไม่ค่อยจะตัดสินใจด้วยตัวแปรอื่นๆมากนัก แต่จริงๆที่มาของอาหาร [Food Traceability] ควรเป็นอีกข้อมูลหนึ่งที่ผู้บริโภคควรจะเข้าถึงได้อย่างเสรี รวมถึงผู้ผลิตก็ควรจะมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบให้ข้อมูลเหล่านี้

ทุกคนควรมีโอกาสตัดสินใจโดยคำนึงถึงทุกเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาหารที่เรากิน ทั้งเรื่องผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม กระบวนการผลิตที่ปลอดภัย ไปจนถึงเรื่องสิทธิและสวัสดิการของแรงงานที่อยู่ในกระบวนการผลิต ซึ่งในยุคที่ข้อมูลทุกอย่างเข้าถึงได้ง่ายขนาดนี้ เรื่องนี้ไม่น่าเป็นเรื่องเกินเอื้อม

และแน่นอนว่าถ้าเราในฐานะผู้บริโภคแคร์เรื่องนี้ พลังของพวกเราก็สามารถถูกส่งต่อผ่าน Supply Chain จากร้านอาหาร ไปสู่ผู้ขายส่ง ไปสู่ผู้ผลิตได้

ทำไมเรื่องนี้ถึงสำคัญต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ?

แน่นอนว่าเรื่องFood Traceability นี้ ชัดเจนสุดเลยก็คือเรื่องความปลอดภัยของผู้บริโภค แต่ถ้ามองในแง่สิ่งแวดล้อม ก็สำคัญไม่แพ้กันนะ

จริงๆแล้ว การผลิตอาหาร อาจจะเรียกได้ว่าเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่มีต้นทุนกับโลกเราเยอะที่สุดก็ว่าได้ [ https://ourworldindata.org/emissions-by-sector ] คือเป็นอันดับสองเรื่องการปล่อยคาร์บอน (อันดับหนึ่งคือการผลิตพลังงาน และยานพาหนะ) อันดับหนึ่งเรื่อง Land Use หรือการเปลี่ยนพื้นที่ป่าให้เป็นพื้นที่เพาะปลูก อันดับหนึ่งเรื่องการปล่อยสารเคมีลงท้องทะเล โดยเฉพาะพวกปุ๋ย

การที่ทั้งป่าหายและทะเลตาย ก็ส่งผลต่อไปอีกทำให้เกิดความสูญเสียทางชีวภาพ (Biodiversity Loss) นำไปสู่การเสื่อมถอยของระบบนิเวศโลก แล้วสุดท้ายก็วนกลับมากระทบความสามารถในการผลิตอาหารของมนุษย์ในที่สุด

เราจะรู้ได้ยังไงว่าปลาที่เรากิน ไม่ได้มาจากเรือประมงผิดกฏหมายที่จับปลาเกินกำหนดหรือว่ามีการใช้แรงงานทาส? เราจะรู้ได้ยังไงว่าไก่ที่เรากิน ไม่ได้กินข้าวโพดจากไร่ที่เผาซากพืชอย่างไม่มีการจัดการจนทำให้เกิดวิกฤติไฟป่า? เราจะรู้ได้ยังไง ว่าผักที่เรากิน ไม่ได้มาจากไร่ที่ปล่อยสารเคมีลงน้ำลงดินอย่างไม่มีการจัดการใดๆ จนสร้างความเสียหายให้แนวปะการังในทะเล?

การผลิตอาหาร เป็นโจทย์สำคัญมากๆในการนำประเทศ (หรือทั้งโลก) สู่การมุ่งสู่พัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งเราต้องการทั้งนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆในการผลิต ต้องการกฎหมายที่เข้มงวด และเครือข่ายข้อมูลที่เปิดเผยทุกอย่างและเข้าถึงได้ง่ายมากกว่านี้

การเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ จะนำไปสู่การสร้างทางเลือกที่ดีขึ้น

ลองคิดภาพจินตนาการอนาคต ที่เราสามารถอยู่ในตึกกำแพงทุกด้านมีผักขึ้นสามารถซื้อกินได้ตรงนั้นเลย และสารเคมีทุกอย่างผ่านระบบบำบัดของตึกก่อนถูกปล่อยลงน้ำ หรือเนื้อที่มาจากการเพาะยีนของสัตว์ เนื้อที่ได้มาโดยไม่ต้องทำลายป่า ปลูกพืชไร่ หรือทรมานสัตว์เลย

ในแง่หนึ่ง เทคโนโลยีเหล่านี้จะเกิดขึ้นได้ ผู้บริโภคอย่างเราก็ต้องมีส่วนร่วมด้วย เราสามารถโหวตผ่านกระเป๋าตังค์เราได้ เลือกซื้ออาหารโดยพิจารณาทุกที่มาของวัตถุดิบก่อนซื้อ นี่จะทำให้ผู้ผลิตต้องปรับตัวตามไปด้วย

การที่เราแค่แสกน QR code ของอาหารทุกชนิด แล้วสามารถรู้ได้หมดเลยว่าผลิตจากทรัพยากรจากที่ไหนบ้าง ใช้วิธีการอะไรผลิตบ้าง สร้างผลกระทบอะไรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและสังคมบ้าง จะนำไปสู่ความต้องการอาหารที่ผลิตอย่างยั่งยืนกว่าที่ทำอยู่นี้ และในที่สุด ตลาดก็จะตอบสนองกับความต้องการใหม่ๆของผู้บริโภค

ตัวอย่าง Food Traceability ในต่างประเทศ

ตั้งแต่ปี 2005 ใน EU เป็นกฏหมายเลยว่าผู้บริโภคต้องได้รู้ว่าอาหารมาจากไหน ทุกขั้นตอนของ supply chain ถูกบันทึกไว้หมด

Food traceability = ability to trace and follow food, feed, and ingredients through all stages of production, processing and distribution.

= ความสามารถในการตามอาหาร อาหารสัตว์ และส่วนประกอบของอาหาร ในทุกกระบวนการผลิต การะบวนการทำ และกระบวนการกระจายขนส่งอาหาร

ซึ่งกฏนี้รวมไปถึงอาหารนำเข้า และกำหนดให้ธุรกิจต้องรู้ one step back-one step forward ว่าอาหารก่อนมาถึงเรามาจากไหน และจากของเราไปไหนต่อเสมอ และกรณีพบว่าอาหารไม่ปลอดภัย ผู้ผลิตต้องเรียกกลับโรงงานได้

แล้วเรื่องนี้จะเกิดขึ้นได้ยังไง

1. ผู้บริโภคเรียกร้องต้องการข้อมูลเหล่านี้ + เครือข่ายตัวแทนผู้บริโภคที่แข็งแรง
2. มีผู้นำธุรกิจเบอร์ใหญ่ๆ อาสาเป็นคนนำก่อน เปิดเผยทุกอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้อง+ทำให้วิธีเข้าถึงข้อมูลเป็นเรื่องง่าย เป็นแรงจูงใจให้คนอื่นๆทำตาม
3. มีกฎหมายบังคับให้เปิดเผย มีองค์กรตรวจสอบที่ได้มาตรฐานในทุกขั้นตอนของการผลิต และมี platform ข้อมูลที่เข้าถึงได้ง่าย เข้าใจง่าย เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจของผู้บริโภค ซึ่งประเทศที่เป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีที่สุดของกระบวนการนี้ คือประเทศแถบยุโรป เช่น ออสเตรีย เบลเยี่ยม อิตาลี สวีเดน ฯลฯ ที่มีกฎหมายบังคับใช้เรื่องนี้อย่างชัดเจน

หากมองในเบื้องต้น สิ่งที่ทรัมป์เป็น และนโยบายต่างๆ ก็สะท้อนแนวคิดปกติของฝั่ง Republican เก็บภาษีน้อยๆ เน้นธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ ลดรัฐสวัสดิการ ฯลฯ

แต่ในมิติที่กว้างกว่านั้น ทรัมป์เป็นตัวแทนพรรค Republican คนแรกที่จับเอาประเด็นเรื่องสีผิวและการแบ่งแยกมาใช้เป็นจุดขายอย่างชัดเจน และไม่มีความเขินอายใดๆ

If anyone has been to be an exchange student in America like I used to, they always find the same question is Thailand is Taiwan? Did she ride elephants to school? That's because the world awareness of America is very low. Most of them are outside of the big cities and where most exchange students are often rural America, where white people live in the city I go. There are black people. Haha. 1 GAY PEOPLE AND 3 Asian people. The rest are all white (which I remember seeing that gay guy get sneaked in the cafeteria)

These people have never seen how complex and deep civilizations are, never seen how many others in the world are.

Most of their lives walk around in small towns with a few malls, fast food stores with the picture in their head that's the best of the world. This is "America" and that's what the whole world should be because His whole life has heard that.

Tight that's not all American people. We have seen so many cool art and innovations coming out of this country that we can't help but wonder if the smart enough to create these things. Why not smart enough to elect another president instead.

But that's half of America that we the world have a chance to see through media, America who is leading the world culture, America who travel to countries around the world. America who invented technology has changed the world.

The other half of America I mentioned before, even exist, but the world doesn't have a chance to see because it's America. The part that doesn't connect with villagers and wouldn't have touched it if they were never really been there.

Trump elected is actually not unexpected because the most clearly and straightforward reflects America, and it's always in the heart. Just might be balanced with the better side of America. These haters. So I don't dare to come out. I'm sailing in the notice.

But the terror starts after this when racism and racial divide are endorsed by the highest power in the land.

*Recipe*
1. Combine and sift 45 g flour and 2g (1/2 tsp) baking powder
2. Mix 1 egg with 19g (2 tbsp) sugar and add to dry mixture from 1
3. Add 27g (2 tbsp) vegetable oil and mix well to make batter
4. Grease donut mold with veggie oil and pour in batter. The dough will rise so be careful not to put too much batter in unless you want giant mini donuts.
5. Microwave for 1 minute (times may vary)
6. Remove from microwave and let sit for 1 minute.
7. Remove donuts from mold.
8. Decorate!

３．サラダ油27g（大さじ2）を加え、混ぜる。
４．型にサラダ油をぬり、３の生地を流し入れる。
　　（できあがりは膨らむので、生地は浅めに流し入れた方が
　　ドーナツぽく仕上がります。）
５．電子レンジに１分かける。
　　（時間は調節してください）
６．電子レンジが終わったら、そのまま１分落ち着かせる。
７．型からドーナツを外す。
８．お好みのデコレーションをする。

- Bà mẹ lúc đầu tính mua xe xong đi xuyên Việt sẵn làm video rửa xe dọc đường luôn mà ai ngờ....
- Đành thôi dẹp lại ý định chờ tình hình dịu bớt, thay vào đó chúng ta lên đỉnh Land Mark 81 cao nhất Việt Nam rửa xe
- Hôm nay mình rửa 2 chiếc luôn, Mercedes của mình với xe của máy điện PEGA-S của cameraman luôn :D
- Mình sắm xe đi Mer để đi xuyên Việt thì cameraman sẽ chạy xe điện theo sau dí dí camera quay (mới nghĩ thôi đã thấy mắc cười rồi hahaha =)))
- Quay trở lại vấn đề chính, vì là lần đầu mình đi lên đỉnh toà nhà Land mark nên mò mẫm nửa tiếng mới biết đường đi lên tầng cao =))
- Nói chung khá phức tạp, các bạn đặt nhà hàng nào trên đó thì gọi lễ tân xuống dẫn lên cho nhanh, mình cũng rứa haha
- Nhà hàng Ussina nằm trên tầng 77, nguyên tầng luôn nha, chuyên về thịt bò Wagyu Nhật.
- Khi lên đây các bạn có thể lựa view ngồi tuỳ thích, muốn nhìn quận mấy thì nhìn do nó bao quanh 360 độ luôn mà kaka
- Đặc sản ở nhà hàng này là bò Snow Aging Wagyu, một loại bò Wagyu Nhật được ủ tuyết 40 ngày ở nhiệt độ 1 đến 2 độ C làm giảm 70% hàm lượng Cholesterol trong mỡ bò :D
- Nếu bạn đi 2 người, ăn bò uống rượu vang ngắm cảnh thì khoảng hết 1tr5 đến 2 triệu, quá hợp lý (nghe nói vé lên đỉnh 800k mà mình chưa đi ko biết sao haha)
- Nói chung ai muốn sang chảnh kinh tế vừa phải thì lên đây ăn rồi ngắm cảnh với bạn gái là hết xảy :P
- Tổng mình gọi full bàn ăn sạch menu cũng chỉ có 10 triệu thôi haha.
- Các bạn nhớ đăng kí kênh và bật thông báo để đón xem những video mới nhất của mình nha (giờ dịch đi xuyên Việt mình muốn chạy Mer ra Hồ Tây Hà Nội thì làm sao nhễ, có ai tư vấn ko ^^!)
