因為喜歡畫圖，對立體空間也有概念，

抱歉讓大家等了快兩個月，新專欄文章終於上線囉！這次想和大家聊聊「盤式甜點」（plated desserts / desserts à l'assiette）。盤式甜點是出現在餐廳裡的甜點，製作邏輯與呈現方式都和甜點店的一個一個獨立出現的甜點非常不同，這也是為什麼會用「不是把甜點放在盤子上就叫做盤式甜點」破題的緣故。
