My friend told me before, as a mother, I'll experience a whole new level of tiredness. There's tired and then there's TIRED. Lately I've been feeling the latter a lot. But what's amazing is, we will somehow make it to the next day. With as little sleep, sometimes with even more to do.
No matter how tired though, i always find it within myself to give her that 100% that she deserves, always manage to be patient and self-aware. *Thankgod*

Yesterday she crawled for the first time. I'm so glad I was home to witness it! I see how hard you've been trying. First, learning to out down your feet when you're on tummy time. Then gaining strength in your arms and core. And then finally learning how to coordinate the movements. You've finally manage to piece all of them altogether and CRAWL. I'm so proud of your new milestone!

Motherhood is waking up 7am to chiong to the beach with my daughter so she doesn't get burn from the scorching sun.

Motherhood is lugging 2 big bags full of her things that i need, may need and likely wouldn't need (but bring it anyway, just in case).

Motherhood is learning to let go - closing one eye to her eating sand and chewing her toy soaked in seawater, even though it made me cringe everytime she does it, bcos i know it's good for her sensory development.

Thank you Layla. You make motherhood so fun for me! I love your enthusiasm and spontaneity, I love how well you respond to my plans!
