Today, i ate a special curry that called The Queen's Curry and that i recieved it from one of the viewers from korea ( is an umbrella term referring to a number of dishes originating in the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent. The common feature is the use of complex combinations of spices or herbs, usually including fresh or dried hot chillies ), with a lot of rice, all that is so high in calories . It was so deliciou and tasty, thanks to the viewer for the precious gift !!

ข่า 10 ชิ้น
ตะไคร้ 4 ต้น
พริกแห้ง 1 ถ้วย
พริกแดงสด 6 เม็ด
น้ำปลาร้าต้มสุก 1 ถ้วย
ใบมะกรูด 5 ใบ
ต้นหอมซอย 1 ถ้วย
