Meet our celebrity chef, Ken Hom, who flew all the way from the UK to join the shoot in Go Shop. He is the master of Asian cooking and has been cooking for 56 years, since the young age at 11.
This down to earth, humble and soft spoken man appeared in popular BBC cooking shows and wrote 37 cook books. And we are so honoured to have him here to share with us the usefulness of wok, to create that "wok fragrance" (锅气）which is essential in Chinese cuisine. He also shared us the tips on wok maintenance and healthy cooking.
