The commitment of motherhood is something one can only fully grasp in the experience itself - it’s beautiful, emotional, challenging, and unpredictable. I didn’t know that my life was about to change when I become a mother 7 years ago. They become the most important people in my life, my purpose and my biggest motivators. So it’s only natural that I put them before me, especially during meal times.
And I’m not alone. According to a survey conducted by NAN, 80% of mums puts their children first when it comes to meal time. As a result, most of us don’t have punctual mealtimes and our diet falls short of the recommended daily nutritional requirements. Yikes!
