Cà phê Việt Nam – Những dòng chảy quá khứ và khát vọng chinh phục tương lai
Rất nhiều người inbox nói chuyện với tôi về ước mơ khởi nghiệp, về cách thức trồng và phát triển cây cà phê, về sản xuất kinh doanh của họ. Tôi rất vui khi được cộng đồng tin tưởng và yêu mến. Vì thế, tôi xin chia sẻ chút kinh nghiệm, hiểu biết của mình về lĩnh vực này, hy vọng sẽ có ích cho những người yêu mến cà phê và góp phần đưa sản phẩm này thành mặt hàng chiến lược của Việt Nam.
Cà phê thực ra mới xuất hiện tại Việt Nam chỉ hơn một thế kỷ, nhưng sự phát triển nhanh chóng của cây cà phê cùng với niềm đam mê và gu thưởng thức đặc biệt đã tạo ra một nét riêng độc đáo mang tên “phong cách cà phê Việt Nam” theo 3 "làn sóng" mang đậm dấu ấn lịch sử - văn hoá của đất nước.

Du nhập vào Việt Nam từ năm 1857, cà phê là sản vật được người Pháp đem trồng ở vùng đất Tây Nguyên nhờ sự phù hợp về thổ nhưỡng và khí hậu. Cách thưởng thức theo lối pha phin kiểu Tây (từ phin bắt nguồn từ tiếng Pháp filtre /filtʁ/) kết hợp với phong cách Á Đông đã tạo nên một thuật ngữ rất dung dị: cà phê phin. Bên những phin cà phê như thế, người thưởng thức ngồi chờ ung dung, ngắm từng giọt cà phê chầm chậm nhỏ xuống, suy tưởng về cuộc đời, rồi từ từ nhấm nháp những tinh túy của đất trời được chắt lọc qua mỗi giọt thời gian. Ban đầu, cà phê chỉ dành cho người phương Tây và giới cung đình triều Nguyễn. Sau này, cà phê được sử dụng rộng rãi hơn trong nhiều tầng lớp nhân dân, ai cũng có thể tự thưởng cho mình 1 ly cà phê sau những giờ làm việc mệt nhọc.
Làn sóng cà phê đầu tiên của Việt Nam được định hình từ sự du nhập và hội nhập văn hóa như thế.
Làn sóng ấy kéo dài cho tới trước những năm 1975. Trong khi ở miền Bắc phổ biến những quán cà phê mậu dịch phục vụ theo tinh thần bao cấp, hay những quán cà phê mô hình gia đình do ông chủ tự pha chế và phục vụ rồi lấy tên mình làm tên quán như cà phê Giảng, cà phê Nhân, cà phê Lâm… thì ở miền Nam lại hình thành nên những quán cà phê sang trọng, vừa gợi văn hóa Mỹ, vừa chứa đựng tinh thần phóng khoáng của con người Nam bộ. Quán cà phê khi ấy là nơi lui tới của những sĩ quan quân đội, những cô gái tân thời mặc áo dài Trần Lệ Xuân, những đại ca giang hồ khét tiếng, cùng giới trí thức Sài thành và những nhà báo phương Tây. Sài Gòn Givral, La Pagode, Brodard là những tên tuổi tạo thành "trục cafe" nổi tiếng của Sài Gòn cho giới nhà báo và chính khách thập nhiên 1960-1970. Những ký giả nổi tiếng của giới báo chí trong Chiến tranh Việt Nam như Peter Arnett, Larry Burrows hay nhà tình báo lừng danh Phạm Xuân Ẩn... đều đã từng ngồi ở các quán này. Qua thời gian, những tên tuổi ấy dần trở thành địa danh văn hoá, gợi nhớ về một ký ức lịch sử không thể quên của Việt Nam.

Sipunculus nudus is a species of unsegmented marine worms, also known as peanut worms. The body of the adult worm is around 15 centimetres (5.9 in) in length but can reach up to 25 cm (9.8 in) in some cases.
The worm is commonly found on subtidal zones of sandy shores to seabeds 900 metres (3,000 ft) in depth in temperate or tropical waters. The worm hides in sand burrows which it makes by itself during the day and may extend its tentacles out of the burrow to feed at night. Its diet consists of plant or animal tissue fragments and any surrounding sand it may ingest with it.
In particular, S. nudus is collected, cleaned of its innards, and eaten as a delicacy in some areas such as Vietnam where it is sometimes used to cook pho stock. S. nudus is also considered nourishment food for the royal family. The Vietnamese gather S. nudus in islands in Quang Ngai. It is also sold and exported as a dried seafood product.
The worms are also consumed in the southern Chinese provinces of Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, and Fujian. The worms are local delicacies in Beihai, Guangxi, where Běihǎi shāchóng (北海沙虫, lit. "Beihai sandworm") is cooked by various methods. In Xiamen, Fujian, the species is called tǔsǔn (土笋, lit. "earth bamboo shoot") and served as a gelatin (土笋凍) in local restaurants.

トロフィー「隠れて、逃げて、生き延びる」について：
エイリアンに殺されることなくミッション5をクリアする。
収集品スルーすれば結構簡単に取れますが（メインアイテム回収以外に走るだけ）、全収集品回収するとエイリアンがそのエリアで出てくる可能性が高いので、発煙筒などで注意をひいたり、一時的にその場からいなくなるのを待つなどゆっくりと着実に進む必要がある。
もちろん動画のようにスピードで決めるも可能ですが、エイリアンに発見されることもあるので、発見された場合は即リロード。
