食譜來了！其實我也是心血來潮的想吃蜜地瓜，可家裡沒有麥芽糖阿！真的～家裡備有各種糖就是沒有麥芽糖。。（我深深的覺得一定很多人跟我一樣）所以變通了一下，我用了有機的龍舌蘭糖漿Blue Agave 跟黑糖熬煮，地瓜種類選了橘紅色的，熬煮的時間其實很快，我小火熬７－８分鐘就好了。沒吃完的冰冷藏，吃起來口感ＱＱ的也很棒！

我們今天的風景是Guadalajara的大教堂，Cathedral。
Cathedral是大教堂，Church則是教堂的通稱。此外還有Abbey，Convent（西班牙文Convento），Chapel。我們會在適當時候介紹。
延續上次對Jalisco地區美食的介紹，我們今天來體驗應該算是這省份最出名的產物：龍舌蘭酒Tequila。
龍舌蘭酒的英文或是西班牙文原名就是出產這款酒的城市。
龍舌蘭是在美國西南部或是墨西哥常見的一種植物。
在沙漠或是半沙漠地區開車，往往千里不見人煙，
但是龍舌蘭卻花枝招展，如同對沙漠行動中的勇士勞軍。有圖為證。

龍舌蘭大多是遺世獨立，跟沙漠很接地氣。
不過因為Tequila的大量需求，也會經常看到大批種植的龍舌蘭田。
這種植物的核心部分含有豐富的果糖，也因此成為製造酒的頂級原料。
核心又叫做鳳梨心，讀者看圖片就知道為什麼：

在西班牙人征服墨西哥之前，這兒的土著就將龍舌蘭發酵成為酒精飲料。
西班牙人則用蒸餾的方式，做成現在我們喝的龍舌蘭酒。
他們從公元1600年就開始製酒，其中1795成立的La Rojeña酒廠到今天還繼續運作。
這項悠久的歷史傳承，使得Tequila這座小城市成為聯合國UNESCO世界遺產。
