นี่แค่คว้าของใกล้ตัวที่มีสีเหลืองมารวมกัน ย้ำว่าใกล้ตัว แค่เอื้อมมือหยิบ ยังไม่ได้ลุกจากที่นั่งเลยยังเจอของที่ใช้ honey เป็นส่วนประกอบเยอะแยะหลายแบรนด์ขนาดนี้ ที่เจอเยอะสุดก็เห็นได้ชัดว่าเป็นพวก lip treatment อย่างในรูป เพราะน้ำผึ้งมีสรรพคุณเด่นเรื่องความชุ่มชื่น และกลิ่นหอมรสหวานที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ กลายเป็นส่วนผสมยอดฮิตในการผลิตลิปบาล์มบำรุงปาก
และเท่าที่ชีวิตนี้ได้ลองลิปบา์ลมจากหลายแบรนด์หลายยี่ห้อมา ต่างแบรนด์ก็ต่างส่วนผสม ขายความแปลกจากส่วนผสมใหม่ๆ หรือแม้แต่รูปลักษณ์ที่ดูน่าสนใจ แต่สำหรับเรา ลิปบาล์มที่ใช้น้ำผึ้งเป็นส่วนประกอบหลักคือตัวที่ดีที่สุดค่ะ เพราะชุ่มชื่นนานไม่ใช่แค่ลื่นๆหรือเคลือบเหนียวอยู่ด้านบน ถ้าพอกๆไว้ก็จะช่วยบำรุงให้ปากฟูนุ่มขึ้นด้วย
(อันที่ชอบที่สุดคือ bite agave ที่ชอบเอามาใช้ให้เห็นใน live แต่หลอดไม่เหลืองเลยไม่เอามาถ่าย เดี๋ยวรูปไม่น่ารัก5555)
อันล่าสุดที่ได้ลองเมื่อกี้เลย ลิปสครัปของ SEPHORA มาในรูปแบบ stick เหลืองๆน่าร้ากก ปกติเราก็มีสครับเยอะอยู่แล้ว ใช้ละก็เลอะเทอะหน่อยเพราะถ้าจะเอาเม็ดสครับเยอะๆก็มักจะเป็นพวก paste ที่อยู่ในกระปุก แล้วพอเป็นแท่งหน้าตาแบบนี้เม็ดสครับก็จะไม่ค่อยเยอะ อาจจะเป็นเพราะเรื่องการคงตัวในรูปแบบแท่งทำให้ใส่เม็ดได้ไม่เยอะ เวลาจะหยิบมาใช้ขัดมันก็จะไม่ค่อยสุด แต่อันนี้สุด ! เม็ดเยอะ ขัดมันส์ lol
พอขัดเสร็จ เช็ดออกแล้วทาด้วยลิปบาล์มตามปกติ ถ้าเน้นบำรุงจริงๆ ให้หาลิปบาล์มที่เป็นหลอดบีบๆแบบด้านหลังจะดีกว่าลิปแบบแท่งค่ะ เพราะพอกได้และเนื้อเหลวซึมดีกว่า (country stream ดีมากเช่นกัน)

Yayyyyy!!!! A new and updated video for my everyday makeup look and skin routine is here. It has been over 5 years since my last everyday makeup video but he style is still the same. I call it everyday because It is very simple!!! I wear them on my lazy days, days that I go to see my friends, days I do not need anything going on too much on my face. Makeup products are updated as you can see! Now I am 28 and I have decided to put my skincare routine here as well so you can see what I use in the morning, at night and my favourite mask!!!

Ingredients:
100g raw cacao butter
100g raw cacao powder
40g raw agave syrup
Instructions:
1. melt cacao butter.
2. add cacao powder and agave syrup.
3. cool it down to 84F/29C, then warm it up to 88F/31C.
4. pour the chocolate into a mold.
5. let it cool.

I don't think nutritional yeast is a healthy food but it has a nice cheesy flavor.

Ingredients:
For the base:
100g macadamia nuts
50g almond pulp
10g cacao powder
40g water
10g instant coffee
For the filling:
200g cashew nuts
250g water
100g coconut oil
50g maple syrup
50g agave syrup
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. soak madam nuts overnight.
2. blend all the ingredients for the base with a food processor.
3. transfer the base mixture to the cake tin and push down evenly.
4. blend all the ingredients for the filling with a high power blender.
5. pour the mixture into the cake tin.
6. leave it in freezer for 6 hours or more.

５、型に流し入れます。
６、冷凍庫で６時間以上冷やします。
