很遺憾的告知菲律賓的朋友們,這周末的Best of Anime
活動我沒辦法出席。
因為主辦沒有給予相關工作簽證,為了安全起見,所以無法前往菲律賓。

I'm sad to let my Philippine friends know. That I will not be able to attend the Best of Anime this weekend.
Due to the fact that I was not given a working Or any sort of legal Visa to be able to Legally work or perform in Philippines.

最近聽到一些國外活動邀請的嘉賓們,因為簽證問題被搜查,嚴重的被抓去關>< 大家應該略有耳聞吧?
所以在與主辦商談這次邀請時,毛毛特別注重工作簽證這塊,但在要出發前24小時內,主辦依舊沒有給予我工作簽證的相關證明或檔案。
基於安全考量,這次沒辦法與菲律賓的朋友們見面,非常的可惜QAQ但還是要預祝活動上大家能玩的愉快。

7/03(三) 簽活動合約。
7/30(二) 收到主辦給的工作簽證申請表格,簽名並回傳。
8/27(二) 主動詢問工作簽證是否處理好,一開始廠商答覆是先詢問能否用旅遊簽證,又說"他想說台灣人到菲律賓應該免簽證。"
在我說明需要工作簽證後,對方才答應說會幫忙辦理相對應的工作簽證。
並且也再次提醒主辦,辦好工作簽證的相關文件請發Email給我,主辦也承諾了。 P.S.出發日期為8/30(五)
8/29(四) 主辦給予辦理旅遊簽證網址,與出示一張"活動邀請證明"的照片,並要求我自己辦理相關簽證。後面又改口說會幫忙辦理。
我方已告知因安全考量,可能無法前往,主辦告知明天會給工作簽證。
8/30(五) 未收到工作簽證。

Im sure a lot of you would have heard about the recent events on quite a few invited guest being investigated or even arrested in recent events due to not having the proper visa or permit.
So when I was approach to be invited as a guest of this event, I have specifically stated that the permit/visa is crucial for me to enter the country and perform legally.
However until the last 24 hours before my flight, I have yet to received any documents about my working/ special permit.
Because of this, unfortunately for my own safety and respecting the country’s law system, I will not be able to attend the Best of Anime, but I still hope everyone will have a great time .

7/03 Signed the event contract
7/30 Received the visa application form the event organizer, form filled in, signed and resent to organizer.
8/27 Ask the organizer directing on updates regarding the visa, was told by organizer at first if I could just use a tourist visa, then was told Taiwan passport should be visa free.
After I stated I NEED a proper visa/work permit to enter and perform, they agreed to apply for me again, event thought they agreed to apply for me a month ago.
I reminded the organizer again to send me the documents after they received it, they also promised they will.
24 hours before the flight organizer was given a website address for tourist visa application, an event invitation letter and was told to apply the visa myself...
they changed their mind again afterwards and say they will sort it out for me...
At this point, in concern of legally of my performance in the event and my own safety, I have told the organizer I will not be able to attend this event at this rate.
Organizer again told me they will give me the documents to my special work permit tomorrow morning...
8/30 I have yet to receive my so called special work permit.

有日診所等睇醫生嘅人好多～
一位小姐嚟到診所。
佢問我：「你哋個醫生以前係咪喺XX醫院做呀？」
我：「係呀」
佢：「咁啱啦，同我登記啦，我都係嗰度嘅護士」
我：「啊？嚟到呢度睇嘅？」
佢：「醫院啲人介紹過嚟嘅」
我：「哦～你俾俾你身分證我登記呀」
佢：「要唔要埋我張證呀？」
我：「唔駛啦，你有冇證都係一樣收費嘅」
佢：「我仲以為會有唔同添」
登記期間，佢望望診所四周：「阿醫生就好啦，甩難啦，喺度輕鬆好多…」
我只笑笑冇出聲。
佢繼續講：「我哋呢輪做到死咁滯呀，一流感就爆到冚，床就識不停加呀，做嘢嘅就繼續都係得咁多個。本身都忙到九彩㗎啦，你哋呢度好做好多。」
佢嘆氣。呢啲時候我唔敢有任何回應，因為佢需要嘅唔係我回應…佢只需要有人聽佢講嘢。
我：「得㗎啦，登記完啦，你可以搵個位坐低等嗌名啊」
佢：「第幾個呀我？」
我：「第三十七個」
佢：「哇，你哋都咁多人睇呀，我仲以為啲人去晒醫院，你哋會少人啲添」
我：「有啲人登記咗出咗去嘛～我哋呢排都好多人啊」
佢一臉疲憊：「真係想聽朝一擘大眼就唔喺香港，唔駛再聽到不停俾人嗌『姑娘姑娘』，聽到我都好繃緊好大壓力，唉，好想飛呀，好想離開呢個勞役護士嘅地獄呀！我要去旅行唞氣呀！」

喺香港做護士本來已經唔輕鬆，特別係公立醫院，配套上根本不足以應付大量病人。喺一個失衡嘅環境下工作，每位緊守崗位嘅護士，同其他正為病人而努力嘅人士，都係值得我哋由衷感激。

冰鮮雞選擇及處理：

選擇冰鮮雞時候要注意的事項：

1. 留意包裝袋上的日期。今日要買冰鮮雞，最好買到包裝袋上前一天日期的雞。
2. 身上有黃油。
3. 雞身飽滿及肉有彈性。

材料：
冰鮮雞1隻

處理：
1. 用粗鹽乸冰鮮雞去雪味及雞腥味，放雪櫃雪2小時。
2. 斬去雞腳，斬出一點。
3. 洗淨鹽分，清除雞膏及雞肺，沖洗乾淨，擎乾水。

How to choose a frozen chicken and deal with it:

1. Check the day on package. If you are going to buy a frozen chicken, check the date printed on package plastic bag, the date of the day before today will be the best.
2. If chicken is yellow in colour, it is good to buy.
3. Chicken is plump and, skin is full of elasticity and smooth and full.

Ingredients:
Frozen chicken 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Season with cooking salt for 2 hours to remove unpleasant smells and tastes Then put into refrigerator.
2. Cut off chicken feet.
3. Remove fat and lung from chicken. Rinse thoroughly. Hang dry.

生命常常都不如人意，有時候工作壓力大，人際關係複雜，事事不順，這樣的生活令人失望。那就給自己一個假期，放下一切重擔，放慢腳步，輕鬆去一個小旅行，也許會發現其實所有東西没有想像中糟糕。

寫這首歌是因為今年五月原本有機會到台東表演，滿心歡喜買了機票，然後表演就取消了。我們完全是傻眼！把機票退回也要付千二，那就當作去一次旅行吧～然後我們第一次兩個人去旅行，去了阿里山、清境、日月潭，再去台中和台北，算是環了半島啦～希望不久的將來可以完成另外半個寶島！旅程趣事不斷，好開心好青春啊！

40蚊兩罐歐洲鵝肝醬、10蚊三個大杯麵、4蚊一枝日本有氣果汁……以廉價購入高質食品不是夢－－只要你不介意它們剛剛過了期。近年不時發生大批過期食物被棄置街頭、市民聞風「搶救」事件，四名大學生去年底創立了過期食物超市，並定期進行「盲測」確保食物質素，吸引了不少中產客光顧，開業四個月已拯救了約1.2萬件「新鮮」過期食品。他們認為不斷有食物遭棄置，主要原因是商戶「估錯數」，入貨過多，最終擺過期。

過了「此日前前最佳」的食品，是否能夠入口？人稱「野人」的環保人士莫皓光，試食數款過期食物，實測「過期味道」好壞參半，他指過期近一年的餅乾已變味，但過期3個月內的杯麵、日本零食、汽水都沒有異樣，「唔覺得有問題，仲食得！」

過期食品唔係低劣食物，其實係型格嘅事，幫埋幫社會同促進環保！
韓駿謙（Terence）－Green Price 綠惜超級市場 創辦人
約700箱剛過最佳食用日期的日版卡樂B薯條，本月初被棄置於屯門一個垃圾站，大批市民到場將薯條「救走」，有人力撐「食得唔好嘥」，但食物安全問題仍令人擔心。其實，每年有近價值1.2億元的過了「此日期前最佳」（Best Before Date）的食物，被埋在堆填區，農曆新年，更多賀年食品遭棄置。

大學生創過期超市　定期盲測保食物質素

四名大學生有感本港棄置食物問題嚴重，反思如何有效源頭減廢，半年前勝出社企比賽，創立過期食物超市Green Price綠惜超級市場，「拯救」僅過最佳食用日期食物；人棄我取，這家超市主要向食品廠、批發及零售商取貨，貨品由貴價鵝肝醬、日本零食、杯麵及乾果都有，當中有2018年才過期的鵝肝醬以40元兩罐出售，遠比零售價每罐48元便宜，是超市內「最新鮮」的筍貨。

貨品必需過期不逾三個月
創辦人之一港大學生韓駿謙（Terence），希望改變市民對「過期」食物的偏見。他們為確保出售的食物質素，會定期進行「盲測」試食，為保安全及品質，食品必需於過了最佳食用日期3個月內出售。他說：「我哋定期試食，先知道品質變咗幾多，有顧客抱住執平野嘅心態搵我哋！」另一創辦人Ben說：「大部人試食後都會買，但好多人唔了解。」

Terence指出，Green Price的實體店位於工廈內，同層有商戶賣生蠔、紅酒及貴價食材，因此吸引不少中產人士到其店選購，另外有不少環保人士響應珍惜食物的慨念，專程到場光顧。
