今日晚餐：黃婉玲之紅燒豬腳，干貝醬炒空心菜，鮮菇皮蛋湯，糙米飯。佐餐酒是昨晚沒喝完的澳洲 Barossa Shobbrook Wines Marco 2015 紅酒。餐後甜點是奇異果切盤。
→ 說也奇妙，防疫宅家，本以為會是簡樸單純而過 ── 生活本身確實如此，然說到食物，卻是一片肉欲豐肥橫流，日日大飽。而今晚，雖無外帶外送，卻有婉玲姊的紅燒豬腳挑大樑；果然是厲害的豬腳！不僅其味其香濃腴醇甘、雋永悠長，最難得是有別於一般市售知名豬腳的通常就是熟軟柔爛，綿中透著Q嫩Q彈，好好吃啊～

今日晚餐：番茄紅椒香料醬汁燉松露奶油春雞＆洋蔥大蒜蘑菇馬鈴薯，羅勒番茄烤櫛瓜沙拉佐蜂蜜味噌橄欖油醋汁，兩種麵包。佐餐酒是澳洲 Barossa Shobbrook Wines Marco 2015 紅酒。餐後甜點是台東太陽農場夏雪芒果切盤。
→ 外帶外送料理份量大，吃不完剩菜剩料滿塞冰箱，導致近來煮食難免多多少少都有再利用痕跡 😅。今晚上的是西菜，素材來自日前「Club Voilà」的Home Cooking kit ：
繼先前以普羅旺斯肉丸煮豆腐鍋後，這回，同為剩下凍存的另隻松露奶油烤春雞、半份洋蔥大蒜馬鈴薯，以及另道菜的番茄奧勒岡醬汁，全數合體一起入鍋，另添上蘑菇、煙燻紅椒粉、現磨黑胡椒與多量陽台自種新鮮迷迭香、百里香和羅勒，小火慢燉入味。
二菜精華匯融一體，改頭換面成另番新貌，番茄蔬菜與香料芬芳盡入春雞裡，濃醇香美，兩人嘖嘖稱讚，連醬汁都以麵包擦光光 ── 果然剩料剩菜潛力無窮，萬千不容小看。
