Chest Workout
The basics built my chest: benches, inclines, declines and flyes.
1. Bench presses 5sets 10-6reps
2. Incline presses 5sets 10-6reps
3. Decline presses 4sets 10-12reps
4. Dumbbell flyes 4sets 10-12reps
5. Dumbbell pullovers 4sets 10-12reps superset with Cable crossovers 3sets 10-15reps
I like barbells better than dumbbells for presses, and I avoid a full-lockout on each rep to keep the tension on my chest and not my triceps.

This video is just a demo, specially made for those who can't go to the gym or do not have any gym equipment at home. Are these exercises still useful? In general, absolutely yes (but not until the level like a bodybuilder). Speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, imo it is still nowhere close to training with real weights (Dumbbells and Barbells). Additional exercises you can do to train the Lower Chest is
1. Incline Push-Ups (hands on the chair feet on the floor)
2. Back-Arched Push-Ups (but not good for the lower back)
3. Bodyweight Dip in between 2 chairs (be careful with this exercise though as the chair will slip)
Physique Disclaimer: I did not achieve this physique by doing these exercises alone, although I haven't been lifting weights in the gym for more than 75 days due to c-19 lockdown.
This video is just a demo, specially made for those who can't go to the gym or do not have any gym equipment at home. Are these exercises still useful? Absolutely yes! Speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, IMO bodyweight it is still not as great when you can overload your muscles with weights like heavy Dumbbells and Barbells.
