5,000 meters Challenge - Tibet
挑戰海拔5000米 -西藏
去西藏絕對係搵命博，有死去活來的感覺。話說我出發前已經感冒😷，瘋狂流鼻水兼咳到甩肺。最終憑着心口一個勇字，決定要啟程，坐54 小時廣藏高原鐵路去西藏。誰知道在火車上與當地人溝通，才知道12月西藏的天氣極差，十分乾燥，根本不適合旅遊。他們說，這個月份，連西藏人也會離開西藏。他們覺得很出奇，為什麼會有人12月去西藏，因為這月分去西藏的話較容易出現高山反應，有一些人甚至在火車上已經捱不過去死掉在車上。而我還要病住，就更容易。
我當堂嚇到手足無措，但已經返唔到轉頭。😰
整個旅程入面，我都出現高原缺氧，血的含氧量長期維持低於標準，夜晚 會有唞唔到氣嘅感覺而扎醒，不過我絕對沒有後悔此行，任務完成後覺得要俾個讚自己。👍🏻
