MOFA minister Joseph Wu recently presided over a ceremony during which #Taiwan’s #TaiDocTechnology donated 35,000 forehead thermometers and 250 automatic thermometer systems to our allies and friends in the international community. The dean of the diplomatic corps, Ambassador William M. Tapia, the deputy dean of the diplomatic corps, Ambassador Jasmine Elise Huggins from #SaintKittsAndNevis, the head of the American Institute in Taiwan’s Taipei office, Brent Christensen, and #Germany’s chief representative in Taiwan, Thomas Prinz, accepted the donation on behalf of the countries in question. Minister Wu thanked the company for their generous act of kindness as the pandemic continues to spread around the world.
