Tried the iconic London restaurant Duck & Waffle Hong Kong. Enjoyed a glass of sparkling wine & paired with seasonable vegetables. The presentation is very pretty! I also enjoyed a glass of Chateauneuf-du-Pape red wine with the signature Duck & Waffle. Together with Victoria Harbour view, let’s relax a bit in this intense atmosphere over weekend. Duck leg & waffle with syrup is a bit strange. I’d rather eat them separately. Cheers! 🥂🍷

PABLO一月限定的いちご大福チーズタルト(草莓大福起司塔)吃了有種意外的懷念感~
這個起司塔不是真的加了平常我們吃大福的麻糬,而是選用了冰了也不容易硬掉的求肥(也可以寫作牛皮,不像麻糬是搗出來的,而是用糯米粉製的!比較好理解的就是平常吃雪莓娘那層薄薄的外皮喔),求肥入口即化其實不是很有實感
但是裡面混了鮮奶油的紅豆餡料,味道根本義美紅豆牛奶冰棒的味道呀~~單吃那奶油我都感動了ww
因為草莓的酸度配合,整體不會過甜過膩很特別的口味!
