ทำเป็นข้าวกล่องไว้กินช่วงกลางวันก็แจ่มนะคะ
❤️ ส่วนผสม และ เครื่องปรุงรส
1. ข้าวกล้อง
2. ไข่ไก่ 2 ฟอง
3. น้ำมันรำข้าว King - Oryzanol 6,000 ppm
4. กระเทียมสับ
5. กุ้งสับ
6. แครอทหั่นเต๋า + ข้าวโพด (หรือผักตามชอบ)
7. ซอสปรุงรส 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
8. น้ำตาล 1 ช้อนชา
(ดัดแปลงปริมาณมากน้อย ตามรสชาติที่ชอบกันได้เลยค่ะ)
เคล็ดลับ
ทานน้ำมันรำข้าวบนกระทะก่อนม้วนไข่ แค่ครั้งแรก ครั้งเดียวนะคะ
ม้วนไข่ให้สีสวย เนื้อเนียน ต้องเปิดไปอ่อนๆ ใจเย็นๆ ค่อยๆ ม้วน
หากไม่มีกระทะสี่เหลี่ยมในการม้วนไข่ ให้ใช้กระทะกลมก็ได้ค่ะ
ห่อไข่ชั้นสุดท้าย ไม่ต้องโรยข้าวนะคะ
เมื่อม้วนเสร็จแล้วให้นำขึ้นมาพักให้เย็นลงหน่อย แล้วจึงค่อยตัดเป็นชิ้นๆ นะคะ หากตัดตอนยังร้อนๆ ไข่อาจจะพังได้
เพื่อสุขภาพที่ดี ควรเลือกใช้น้ำมันรำข้าวประกอบอาหารกันนะคะ
