ส่วนหนูขอเป็นสายลอยในจินตนาการ
ลอยกระทงปีนี้ # ลอยกระทงน้ำแข็ง กันเถอะ
เท่ห์แบบคูลๆ พระแม่คงคาอุ่นใจ
ไอเดียดีๆ ไม่เป็นภาระแม่น้ำ เลยนำมาแชร์กัน
#เย็นมือ ใส่ขันถือไป
#กลัวละลาย ใส่กระติกถือไป
#ใส่เหรียญได้ แต่พวกเก็บเหรียญมีหนาว ❄️

🌷อุปกรณ์🌷
1.ธูปเทียนมัดรวมกัน (ถ้าไม่ใช้ธูปเทียน
ลอยน้ำแข็งและดอกไม้ เพียงแค่คิดดี อธิษฐานจิตก็คูลมากแล้ว)
2.ดอกไม้ตกแต่ง
3.ถ้วยชามหรือขัน
4.น้ำสะอาด
..
🌼วิธีทำ🌼
1.น้ำไฟล้นก้นเทียน ปักลงตรงกลางถ้วยชาม
(ถ้าไม่ใช้ธูปเทียน ข้ามขั้นตอนนี้ไปได้เลยครับ)
2.ใส่ดอกไม้ลงในถ้วยชาม ตกแต่งตามต้องการ
3.เติมน้ำลงไปตามความสูงของกระทงที่ต้องการ
4.โปรยดอกไม้ตกแต่งด้านบนอีกครั้ง
5.นำไปแช่ฟรีซ จนแข็งเข้าที่
6.เคาะกระทงออกจากถ้วยชาม

เพียงเท่านี้เราก็สามารถช่วยลดขยะในแม่น้ำอย่างคูลๆแบบคนคูลๆ 😎😎😎

การนำกระทงมาลอยเป็นการเพิ่มขยะแน่นอน
เนื่องด้วยประเพณีที่สืบสานกันมายาวนานนั้น
ยกเลิกทำนั้นไม่ได้ แต่จะทำอย่างไรที่ยังคงสืบสานประเพณีลอยกระทงแต่กระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมน้อยที่สุด

กระทงน้ำแข็งนั้นส่งผลกระทบกับน้ำน้อยมาก
หากแต่มีเพียงมีธูปเทียนที่ย่อยสลายยาก
แต่ก็กระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมน้อยที่สุดครับ

**เพื่อความสวยงาม สามารถใช้ #น้ำจากดอกอัญชัน
จะทำให้กระทงสีฟ้าอ่อนสดใสที่ไม่มีพิษภัยกับสิ่งแวดล้อม**

Setsubun time is here again! Our house was visited by a strange oni (demon)...
Setsubun literally means "division of seasons." It is used to mark the end of winter and summer, and is derived from the old lunar calendar. However, "setsubun" has now come to mean the day before the first day of spring only. It usually occurs around February 3rd. On this day, in a custom called mame-maki, people throw and scatter roasted soy beans inside and outside their houses while saying, "Get goblins out of the house! Invite happiness into the home!"

[材料]
■ローストビーフ
牛モモ赤身ブロックロースト用：700g
カカオホリック・ソルト（コンドル）：20g
■カカオソース
肉汁：適量
カカオホリック・ソルト（コンドル）：少々
上白糖：大さじ1
みりん：大さじ1
酒：大さじ1
酢：大さじ1
醤油：大さじ2
にんにく：1片
玉ねぎ：中1/4個
■レフォールソース
生クリーム：20g〜調節
ホースラディッシュ：8g
マスタード：4g
ホワイトチョコレート：5g
レモン汁：1片
塩・白コショウ：少々
■盛り付け
サニーレタス：適量
オニオンスライス：適量
ご飯：適量
[作り方]
■ローストビーフ
1. 牛モモ肉にカカオ塩をまぶし、揉み込んで1時間程おく。
2. 強火で肉を焼き表面に焼き色をつける。
3. 肉をアルミホイルに包んで、肉の中心の温度がわかるように、肉に肉温度計を指す。
4. オーブン180℃で予熱しておき、160℃で20分焼く。
5. 肉の厚さによって時間は異なるので、肉温度計が55℃を超えるようなら途中で止めて肉をオーブンから出す。
6. 常温で冷まし、薄くカットする。
■カカオソース
1. ローストビーフの肉汁と他材料を鍋に入れる。
2. 一度、沸騰させて味を見ながら煮詰める。
3. 味が濃くなったら水を足して薄める。
■レフォールソース
1. 材料を入れて混ぜるだけ。
2. 硬いようならレンジで少し温めるか、牛乳や生クリームを足しても良い。
