Many of us once we get married and have kids we tend to ignore our physical health . We tend to be comfortable in life and forget what it means to be healthy .
When Dr Halina was pregnant with twins I too encounter the same problem . But my reason was to encourage her to gain as much weight as possible for the sake of the babies . Since Adam & Noah are out in this world both of us are trying to find time to get back in shape again . At least to our wedding weight - that’s the goal .
It’s not going to be easy with age catching up and juggling life at the same time .
But we make this as our priority ...
When one goes to the gym , the other will look after the twins .
It’s important to look good and be healthy for the sake of our children . They look up to us in every way . Bella & Tasha loves to go to the gym with me as children follow every single thing that we do . Hence we must be an example to them ....
To all Dads again ... start today and lead a healthy life for the love of our family .

Đây là một đề bài điển hình theo dạng Argumentative essay trong Writing Task 2. Trong đề bài này chúng ta nhận thấy rằng có phần “what extent” ở trong câu hỏi. Vì vậy, khi làm bài chúng ta có thể chọn đồng ý, không đồng ý hoặc một lựa chọn cân bằng hơn là đồng ý 1 phần của ý kiến đưa ra và đưa ra ý bổ sung để ý kiến trở nên đúng nhất.
Brainstorming:

- The government have the duty to raise public awareness of childhood obesity among citizens: Chính phủ có nhiệm vụ phải nâng cao nhận thức của cộng đồng về vấn đề béo phì ở trẻ em.
- The government must take responsibility for the appearance of unhealthy food advertisements on TV and other social media channels: Chính phủ có trách nhiệm cho việc xuất hiện quà nhiều của những quảng đáo đồ ăn không tốt cho sức khỏe trên TV và các phương tiện truyền thông khác.

- Schools need to educate their students on adopting a healthy and nutritious eating pattern and providing an adequate amount of physical education sessions to prevent obesity: nhà trường cần tập trung hơn vào giáo dục thể chất cho học sinh, thúc đẩy các em vận động để ngăn ngừa béo phì.
Kết bài:
Khẳng định lại rằng tình trạng béo phì ở trẻ em có thể ngăn chặn được nếu có sự kết hợp hành động của chính phủ với gia đình và nhà trường.
🎯 MODEL ESSAY
In recent years, obesity has become one of the most serious health problems among people of all ages, especially children. Although there are people who believe that the government should take the full responsibility to find the solutions for this problem, I would argue that parents and schools also play a vital role in dealing with the issue.
On one hand, there are several effective solutions on this problem that the government should consider. First, the government may conduct official conferences and news on the symptoms and effects of obesity to raise public awareness. By this way, people will be encouraged to have an active, healthy diet and lifestyle. Second, advertisements on foods and drinks that contain high level of sugar and fat should be restricted on TV and other means of mass media. In fact, since 2017, a ban on junk foods and soft drinks advertisement before 9 p.m. has come into effect by the UK.
On the other hand, parents and schools are also responsible for maintaining low level of obesity among their children. One of the main causes that make children overweight and unhealthy is the choice of daily diet by their parents. A healthy nutritional balanced diet is necessary for every children to grow up normally without having any serious diseases. As the lack of physical exercises can also lead to an obese child, an adequate amount of physical education sessions needs to be held weekly by schools for their young students to keep fit and stay healthy.
To conclude, childhood obesity has become a rising issue in modern society, but I strongly believe that it can still be controlled if the government, parents, and schools get together to help our children.

👉🏽 The stigma around mental illness is still strong in most communities.

Mental illnesses are as REAL as physical diseases such as heart disease or cancer. Just because you can’t see it, doesn’t mean the pain isn’t REAL. 😪

Most of the times, we are afraid to speak out and seek help because we are fearful of how people may view us. 🤐 You don’t have to struggle in silence. There’s nothing to be ashamed of. And NO, you are not weak for seeking help. You are STRONG for getting help, overcoming your struggles and fight through the discriminations that you might have to deal with.

A full 9 minutes progressive body weight routine that can be done anywhere anytime.
Important note: Beginner modification is only for Beginner who just started exercising. If you are not, you should be doing my version and try to keep up with my pace... You will feel the burn! :)
Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Doing the beginner modification routine for 1 round before your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 2 minutes rest. It's gonna be hard, I know... but hey, this is what melt away the fat like crazy and a build a fitter stronger you!
