Guru merupakan agen sosialisasi kedua penting selepas ibu bapa. Peranan guru masa kini bukan sahaja mendidik malah membentuk akhlak pelajarnya.
Video baru-baru ini tentang seorang pelajar yang mengadu tentang guru pendidikan jasmaninya bergurau secara keterlaluan dan mengatakan ia tidak salah untuk merogol telah menjadi viral di media sosial.
Saya mohon pihak berkuasa menjalankan siasatan mengenai perkara ini segera dan tindakan tegas terhadap guru tersebut perlu diambil segera.
Isu rogol adalah perkara serius dan merupakan perbuatan jenayah berat. Oleh yang demikian, dalam situasi apa sekalipun perkara ini tidak seharusnya dijadikan bahan jenaka dan juga gurauan. Saya puji pelajar perempuan tersebut kerana berani menyuarakan perkara serius ini di ruang media sosialnya.

Teachers are the second most important socialisation agent after parents. Their role today is not just to educate but also to mould students' behaviour.
A recent video of a student complaining about her physical education teacher making inappropriate jokes and saying it’s okay to rape has gone viral on social media.
I urge the authorities to investigate the matter immediately and stern action must be taken against the teacher instantly.
The issue of rape is a serious matter and a heavy offence. As such, it shouldn't be joked about and taken lightly of regardless of the situation. I commend this girl for using her voice and social media platform to voice out a very serious matter.
