#Beef imports from #Paraguay in 2020 are expected to rise to ten times the 2015 figure! We signed an economic cooperation agreement with Paraguay to reduce tariffs on certain products, including beef, that went into effect on February 2018. In the first half of 2020 there have already been beef imports of 14,000 tonnes from Paraguay, whereas imports from the country for the whole of 2015 amounted to just 2,104 tonnes. We were the third biggest export destination for the country’s beef in the first half of this year, while they became our fourth largest source of beef imports!

这家在Wangsa Maju新开的西餐厅【The Grill】有着超越一般Cafe/餐厅的西餐水准 👍👍👍 不仅仅味道、口感都在标准之上,价格也相对来得亲民,住在Setapak、Wangsa Maju一带的朋友不妨一试啊!
这里并没有售卖猪肉,扒类都是以鸡扒、牛扒、羊扒为主,还有个各式份量不一般的汉堡包 🍔 所以这里也有蛮多友族同胞捧场的。每一种主食(除了汉堡),都可以选择要1样还是2样Sides,薯条、沙拉、薯泥、烤玉米等等,全部都是根据独家Recipe制作的。
之所以会觉得这里超越一般西餐厅的水准,是因为除了吃得出这里所使用的肉类和食材都非普通或是冷冻食材,就连烹饪的时间也恰到好处,无论是牛扒或是羊扒朋友都有着很高的评价,我们今天所吃的Ribeye Steak和Striploin Steak都是Medium Well。
除此之外,不同食物所搭配的酱料都有在花心思,如果你们有点不同的食物就会发现每一种食物都有不同的沾酱,像是garlic mayo、coriander-chilli dip mustard、leek and cream、wasabi mayo、housemade tar tar等等。

OoGui (eating a lot) is my channel's main focus. I often do a social eating live (Mukbang)
Today, I made and ate a special easy and simple recipe by using Bonito ( Katsuo | is a medium-sized perciform fish in the tuna family, smoked and dried to make katsuobushi ), Tuna ( Maguro ) and Avocado Yukhoe ( is a raw dish , usually made from raw beef seasoned with various spices or sauces. It is similar to a steak tartare ) and plenty of egg yolk, and i made Miso soup ( is a traditional Japanese soup consisting of a stock called "dashi" into which softened miso paste is mixed ) as well and a lot more like rice, all that is so high in calories . it was so delicious and amazingly tasty and simple in how to make !!!

棉花雞湯:
材料:
急凍雞扒2塊
魚肚1條
薑1小舊
芫荽1棵
處理:
1. 雞扒用清水解凍,加入粗鹽去雪味。
2. 魚肚, 煲滾1升水,加入少量鹽,煮1分鐘至軟身,熄火焗5分鐘。
3. 雞扒已解凍,切去雞皮及雞膏。
4. 用鹽再乸雞扒10分鐘。
5. 沖洗乾淨雞扒。
6. 雞扒切細粒。
7. 用廚紙索乾水分。
8. 雞扒調味:
a. 生粉1湯匙
b. 胡椒粉少許
c. 鮑魚汁1茶匙
d. 糖1茶匙
e. 油1茶匙
攪勻,醃10分鐘。
9. 魚肚浸軟後,清洗乾淨。
10. 切開魚肚,看看是否有沙,切細舊。
11. 切好後,再清洗乾淨。
12. 芫荽洗淨,薑刮好皮,芫荽切好。
烹調:
1. 用中火在鑊中燒熱1茶匙油。
2. 放薑及魚雞爆香。
3. 加入250毫升水,煮9分鐘。
4. 加入雞肉。
5. 見到不夠水分,可加入滾水。
6. 再煮了2分鐘。
7. 上碟,放上芫荽,完成。
Fish maw soup with chicken:
Ingredients:
Frozen chicken steak 2 pcs
Fish maw 1 No.
Ginger (small) 1 No
Coriander 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Chicken steak, defrost in water with cooking salt to remove the unpleasant smells and tastes.
2. Fish maw, boil up 1L of water, add little salt, soak it in the hot water for 1 minute until it turns soft, turn off fire with the lid on pot for 5 minutes.
3. Remove chicken skin and fat after it has been defrosted.
4. Season chicken steak with cooking salt for another 10 minutes.
5. Rinse chicken thoroughly.
6. Dice chicken into small cubes.
7. Dry chicken with kitchen towel.
8. Season the chicken:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
b. Pepper little
c. Abalone sauce 1 tsp
d. Sugar 1 tsp
e. Oil 1 tsp
Mix well, season for 10 minutes.
9. Fish maw has been softly soaked, rinse thoroughly.
10. Cut fish maw into 2 halves, check if it is clean inside, cut into small pieces.
11. Rinse again after fish maw has been cut well.
12. Rinse and cut well the coriander. Peel the ginger.
Steps:
1. Heat up 1 tsp oil at medium flame in wok.
2. Fry ginger and fish maw for 1 minute.
3. Add 250ml water and cook for 9 minutes.
4. Add chicken.
5. Add hot water if you see there is not enough water in wok.
6. Cook for 2 minutes more.
7. Put in a big bowl. Put coriander on top. Serve.

Heart-Shaped Simmered Hamburger Steak
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 40min
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
400g (14oz.) ground beef and pork mixture
200g (7oz.) chopped onion
2/3 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp. milk
salt and pepper
nutmeg
4 tbsp. ketchup
cooking oil
sauce
* 100ml consomme soup
* 4 tbsp. ketchup
* 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter
potato
carrot
broccoli
Directions:
1. Soak bread crumbs with milk.
2. Heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil in a frying pan and cook the chopped onion until tender. Then set aside to cool.
3. Put ground beef and pork mixture in a bowl and knead well by hand until smooth. *in this way it is easy to shape and becomes juicy when simmered.
4. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then mix well by hand until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
5. Add onion, bread crumbs, and ketchup, then mix well again. Divide it into 4, then form each into flat heart shape.
6. Cut out potatoes and carrots into heart shape. Then cook in boiling water until done. Cook broccoli in boiling water as well.
7. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and cook on medium until golden brown. *they are going to be simmered, so they don't have to be cooked thoroughly.
8. Add the sauce, cover and cook on low for 10 minutes. Add butter to finish.
9. Serve on a dish and garnish with vegetables.
