Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree or Professional Certificate in Accountancy or LCCI Higher Accounting.

• Required Skill(s) : Good interpersonal, communication skills and fluent in both spoken and written English, Proficient with MSOffice applications especially MS Excel, Possess good understanding of business, financial and management accounting, internal controls, reporting and financial instruments.
• Personal qualities: Knowledge and experience in the areas of budgeting, financial analysis, taxation will be added advantage.
• Mature, independent with self initiative and motivation.
• Special requirements : Good problem solving and able to work perform well under pressure , able to start work immediate or within short notice.
2) Human Resources Executive 人事部助理 ( RM 2000 – RM 3000 )
Duties & Responsibilities :
• To assist HR Manager in implementing HR policies, systems and standard operating procedures as per the needs and in accordance to company's objectives.
• To assist in payroll administration, to maintain and update employee database, personal file with company guidelines and procedure.
• Responsible for the update and monitor of the employee attendance records, claims, overtime, medical and leaves records in HR system.
• Responsible for the recruitment of workers, sourcing, selection, conduct interview, orientation, confirmation/ extension for probation and separation activities.
• Monitoring employee discipline, take immediate action when necessary.
• To manage the employee dress code and other welfare.
• To liaise with the statutory organizations like EPF, SOCSO, Labour office and etc on staff remuneration matters.
• To maintain documentation and systematically recording/filing system and other HR tasks.
Requirement :
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

One of the most frequent comments I receive is people stating that they have no motivation to workout and that they need help with motivation. My answer to that?

🤬 Forget about motivation, what you need to build is DISCIPLINE. What’s the difference between Motivation & Discipline?
.
Motivation is the “why” behind the goal. It’s an internal process and the reason that makes you move towards a goal. Motivation is also the spark that gets you going and excited. ⚡️
.
Discipline, in short, is a system. It gives you a routine to follow and complete. Discipline helps you to do the right thing in that moment for your long term benefit, especially when you don’t feel like doing it. For example, I still get my workout done although I really felt like skipping it.

Most of us will feel extremely motivated to start fresh and workout especially in the new year. But when “real life” starts to take over, that’s when majority of people will fall out of their fitness routine, because they lack discipline. Discipline will sustain you whether or not you are “motivated”.

Focus on building discipline, that means making exercising part of your “system”, your daily routine, your lifestyle. Being disciplined is not easy, it takes time, but it gets stronger every time you get a workout done even if you don’t “feel” like doing it! 🙌

Our soul recognizes inspiration from Allah. When we are tapped into our fitrah, we are connected to Allah & he protects us from evil & sin. When revelation meets the essence of creation, fitrah, this is when amazing things happen.
Every verse & word in the Quran is in the right place in the most eloquent manner, perfect in every sense, miraculous & full of wisdom.
Wisdom is only from Allah, & is already inside your heart. Wisdom through Quran & sunnah will give u guidance & mercy.
Guidance is clarity, this happens when u feed your fitrah with Quran & Sunnah, your inspiration & motivation to follow guidance.
Rahmah, mercy is behind Allah's ultimate & unlimited knowledge.
We must understand Allah with the heart, not intellectually.
Wisdom+Guidance+Mercy = tazkiah+Prayer+Quran&Sunnah=Success = internal self Growth in spiritual purification & clarity.
Be who u really are, deep down inside. Dig deep, this belief is imbedded in your inner system, your soul. Get rid of things that stop u from being the true you.

In general, the menstrual cycle occurs in two phases. On average, it’s a 28-day cycle.
1) FOLLICULAR Phase - Day 1 to Day 14
- Go hard! Do high intensity workouts, lift heavy and perform total body strength training.
- Your body is more tolerant to pain and muscles recover quicker.
- Your body uses Carbs as its main source of fuel.
- You can increase your carb intake slightly especially after an intense workout.
2) LUTEAL Phase - Day 14 to Day 28
- I like to call this phase the “roller coaster” phase.
- this is when all the PMS symptoms start to hit: you might crave for sugar or high fat food, you have bigger appetite, you feel sluggish, you have trouble sleeping, your body retains more water, you feel bloated and you might suffer from mild cramps too.
- Your body turns to FAT AS FUEL instead of carbs.
- Good news, your body is now burning FAT rather than carbs or glycogen. Focus on steady pace cardio to get the most out of your workout.
- This is also when the muscle breakdown increases, hence it takes longer for you to recover from your workout. So choose moderation workout that’s less intense.
- You might lose your motivation BUT power through your workout, as much as possible, eat well and you WILL feel better.
We are all very different and it takes time to really understand your body. If you have this knowledge, you’re able to take advantage of the hormonal benefits and overcome the challenges by adjusting and changing your workout routine and also food intake.
Again, remember this is a guideline as there is very limited research in regards to training with your menstrual cycle. Give it a try, make changes and see what works for you.

There are TWO FORMS of communication that must be mastered.
1. Internal Communication.
This is what you are saying to yourself about any area of your life. That includes relationships, health, wealth, skills, and abilities.
“If you think you can or think you can’t you are right.”
Your internal belief system affects your external Communication
All the skills in the world won’t help you if you don’t work on your internal communication first.
Whoever has more certainty will influence the other party.
If you want to persuade others you have to start with yourself.
You need to believe in what you do in order to get others to follow.
Don’t let fear take over Internal communication.
You need to have this kind of conviction: I’m going to sell something they don’t even know they want yet but in the end they will thank me for it.
You have to argue against the negative little voice in your head. Your positive energy has to overpower the negative. Tell him or her to shut the hell up.
Exercise
Have good internal dialog in the mirror.
I’m not talking about affirmations. Not “I’m a happy successful person”
Instead, handle your own objections with yourself
2. Outward Communication.
This is your ability to influence other people. Now influence in this case is not just getting people to buy from you. It is not manipulation either.
The difference between persuasion and manipulation is your intent. If you intend to help the other person that’s persuasion. If you use people to get what you want at their loss, that’s manipulation. Use these powers for good not evil.
