Cucumbers are known for being crunchy and cool 😎 , but they’re also great for your complexion and are a well-known superfood for the skin. They’ve been used in skincare for decades to address common skin concerns like hydration, aging, and inflammation. (They are 96% water!)
Cucumbers are loaded with antioxidants, which are molecules that help fight oxidative damage caused by free radicals. They contain vitamin C, caffeic acid, and folic acid 😚 don’t just we love cucumbers?

Simply juice them! Whether they look funny and maybe over-ripe; they are still great cucumbers!
I like mine as raw juice but it only lasts for 24 hours (packed with more nutrients) but make it last longer, you can steep them for 5-7 mins on low heat. Refrigerator up for 6 days!
You can add more benefits into your mist toner too, add aloe Vera juice and even tea tree essential oils!

สกัดน้ำสด ใช้ได้วันต่อวัน อุดมไปด้วยคุณค่า ถ้าทำที่แล้วเก็บไว้ใช้นานๆ ต้มด้วยไฟอ่อนประมาณ 5-7 นาทีค่ะ พักให้เย็นแล้วเก็บไว้ในตู้เย็น สารอาหารอาจจะลดลงบ้างเมื่อเวลาเจอความร้อน แต่สามารถเก็บไว้ใช้ได้ถึง 6 วันเลย เพื่อนๆสามารถเติมน้ำว่านหางจรเข้หรือแม้กระทั้งน้ำมันหอมระเหยเพิ่มเข้าไปได้อีก
