#ลาบถุงทองหมูเด้ง ไส้แน่นแบบจุกๆ
กับถุงทองรสแซ่บแบบไทยๆ อย่างรสลาบ!
ก่อนอื่นเลยต้องทำหมูเด้งกันซะก่อน
แล้วค่อยเอามาผสมกับเครื่องลาบ
ไส้พร้อมแล้วค่อยเอามาห่อเป็นถุงทอง
แล้วเอาลงทอดให้กรอบ
แค่นี้เองทั้งแซ่บทั้งกรอบ💰🐷
🍴ส่วนผสม🍳
หมูบด 500 กรัม
ไข่ไก่ 1 ฟอง
น้ำตาลทราย 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เกลือป่น ½ ช้อนชา
แป้งมัน 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำเย็น ¼ ถ้วยตวง
เบคกิ้งโซดา ½ ช้อนชา
แผ่นแป้งปอเปี๊ยะแช่แข็ง
พริกขี้หนูป่น 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ข้าวคั่ว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ผักชีฝรั่งซอย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
หอมแดงซอย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลาแท้ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำมะนาวสด 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ต้นหอม 2-3 ต้น
🍴วิธีทำ🍳
1.ผสมหมูบด ไข่ไก่ น้ำตาลทราย เกลือป่น แป้งมัน
เบคกิ้งโซดาและน้ำเย็นเข้าด้วยกัน ตีผสมจนเนียน พักไว้
2.นำหอมแดงและผักชีฝรั่งมาซอยเตรียมไว้
3.ตั้งน้ำให้เดือด นำต้นหอม ลงไปลวกให้พอสลด ตักขึ้นล้างน้ำเย็น
4.นำหมูเด้งมาปรุงรสด้วยน้ำปลา น้ำมะนาว พริกป่น
ข้าวคั่ว ผักชีฝรั่งซอย หอมแดงซอยนวดให้เข้ากัน
5.นำแผ่นแป้งมาวางรอง ตักส่วนผสมลาบหมูเด้ง
ใส่ตรงกลางแผ่นแป้ง จับมุมทั้งสี่ด้านเข้าหากัน
6.พับชายขอบแป้งที่เหลือเข้าหากัน ให้แผ่นแป้งเป็นริ้วๆ
7.นำต้นหอมที่ลวกเตรียมไว้มาพันรอบชายขอบแป้งที่พับจีบไว้
มัดให้พอแน่น
8.ตั้งกระทะน้ำมันให้ร้อน ค่อยๆใส่ถุงทองลงไปทอดให้สุก
ออกสีเหลืองเข้มเล็กน้อย จัดเสิร์ฟ

With a Thai spicy gold bag like spicy salad!
First of all, I have to make pigs bouncing.
Then mix it with the Lab machine.
Stuffing is ready. Wrapping them in gold bag.
Then fry it down to crispy.
This is all. Both spicy and crispy. 💰🐷
Ingredients 🍳
500 gram of pork mash
1 chicken eggs
1 tbsp sugar
½ teaspoon salt.
2 tbsp oily flour
¼ cup of cold water.
½ teaspoon of begging soda
Frozen spring rolls
1 tbsp of ground rat poo chili
2 tbsp roasted rice
2 tbsp of parsley
2 tbsp red onion
2 tbsp authentic fish sauce
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2-3 onions.
How to do it 🍳
1. Mixed pork, egg, chicken, sugar, salt, oily flour.
Becking soda and cold water together. Mix until smooth. Rest in peace.
2. Bring red onion and dill to the alley. Prepare it.
3. Set the water to boil. Bring the onions to the termite. Let's get rid of it. Clean the cold water.
4. Bring bouncing pork to season with fish sauce, lemonade, ground pepper.
Dill roasted rice. Red onion alley. Massage to match.
5. Put the powder pad to put the ingredients in a bouncing pork spicy salad.

這個半日遊的行程大約五個小時,更棒的是車上還有英文導遊

如果你把手機的GPS打開,沿著四個城門走一圈就可以知道,一百多年前恆春城的模樣了
If you switch on your GPS and walk around the city walls, you can see what Hengchun Town looks like over 100 years ago.
第一站我們來到了恆春古城,建造於西元1875年,這是一座軍事防禦所蓋的城牆,目前為全台保留最完整的古城
Our first stop is Hengchun Old Town, built in 1875, these structures was built for military defense purposes. It is also currently the best-preserved Old Town in Taiwan.
我還發現西門的面向,實際上是朝北的,是不是很有趣呢?
I also figured that the westgate, it’s actually face on the North side, isn’t that interesting?
西門為何沒朝向西方蓋,沒有人知道正確的原因,不過坊間的風水傳說,讓恆春增添許多傳奇色彩
How come Westgate doesn't face west? No one knows the real answer to that question. The fengshui myths of Hengchun have brought lots of legendary stories.
接下來,我們來到車城的福安宮,創建於西元1662年,現在金碧輝煌的樣子,是後來不斷整修重建的
Next, we arrive at FuAn Temple in Checheng built in 1662, It looks great now because of all the repair and renovations over the years.
這座廟已有三百多年的歷史,柏妤,妳知道在這座廟裡,第一尊土地公神像是哪尊嗎?

我們最後的一個景點,來到了四重溪,這裡有台灣最南端的溫泉,從日治時期就被開發了,現在是台灣四大名泉之一,泉質屬於鹼性碳酸氫鈉泉,非常乾淨 而且沒有味道
The last stop of todays schedule is Hsi Chung River, this is the most southern hot spring in Taiwan, founded during the Japanese period. Its one of the four major hot spring area in Taiwan. The hot spring water is carbonate and clean. It is also odorless.
在過去,當地人要出外,需涉水過四條溪流才能到外地,這就是「四重溪」地名的由來
In the past, the residents here had to go cross the river four times to go outside, so people named it Hsi Chung River.
為什麼這裡的溫泉,如此的受歡迎?
So Why is hot springs, so famous here?
這要回溯到日治時期,當時日本皇室來此旅遊及泡湯,從那之後,這裡就聲名大噪

四重溪溫泉含豐富的礦物質,泡完後皮膚會變的很滑嫩,所以也被稱為「美人湯」,在不同的季節裡泡溫泉,能享受到不一樣的泡湯樂趣,現在我要去做前所未有的嘗試

Isn’t it interesting that Jesus’ miracle of the multiplication of bread and fishes is the only miracle that appears is all the four gospels?
God is so aware that we have to have our daily bread and is such a practical provider of our needs.
He knows we tend to get worried about the lack of provision, so He has given a four-fold assurance that He will provide more than enough for us.
What is the secret of the miracle? During Jesus’ earthly ministry, He lived as a Man who relied on God the Father by faith, without using His own divine authority.
Look at the passage above and see how Jesus looked up to Heaven, acknowledging God the Father who is the source of all blessings and blessing the little that He had in His hands.
So many people would curse the little they have in their hands and complain why it’s so little.
The right response is thanksgiving. When you praise God for the little in your hands, your response of faith causes multiplication it until you are satisfied and still have enough to spare!

How to Make My Melody Bento Lunch Box

Ingredients:
((Sauteed Shimeji Mushrooms and Peppers with Shio-Kombu))
60g (2.1oz.) red pepper
60g (2.1oz.) yellow pepper
60g (2.1oz.) orange pepper
200g (7oz.) Shimeji mushrooms
20g (0.7oz.) Shio-Kombu (salted kelp)
1 tbsp. sesame oil
((Simmered Potato Pork Roll))

Directions:
((Sauteed Shimeji Mushrooms and Peppers with Shio-Kombu))
1. Remove tough base of Shimeji mushrooms and break into pieces. Slice the peppers.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and saute the Shimeji mushrooms and the peppers.
3. Cook until softened and season with Shio-Kombu.

((Fish Sausage Strawberries))
1. Slice fish sausage and cut into a strawberry shape with a design knife.
2. Cut and make zigzag Edamame halves for the strawberry hulls.
3. Attach the Edamame hulls to the fish sausage strawberries with bits of spaghetti pasta. (pasta will absorb moisture from fish sausage and gets soft after few hours, so you can eat it by lunchtime!)
4. Arrange some black sesame seeds for strawberry seeds with tweezers.
((Usuyaki Tamago Egg Crepe Flowers))
1. Beat an egg in a bowl and season with Yamaki Kappo Shirodashi (a bit of salt and sugar is fine).
2. Heat cooking oil in a tamagoyaki nabe (rectangular omelet pan) on low heat, pour the egg mixture in the pan and spread over the surface.
3. Cook the egg until the edges begin to dry, then flip it over and cook the other side for about 10 seconds. Leave it to cool completely.
4. Cut the egg lengthwise, fold in half lengthwise, and make vertical slices on the folded side.
5. Roll up the egg and attach it with a bit of spaghetti pasta.
((My Melody Onigiri Rice Ball))
1. With a permanent marker (Sharpie), trace your favorite My Melody illustration on the parchment paper and cut it out.
2. Pile up some steamed rice, cover with plastic wrap, place the My Melody stencil, and shape it with your fingers. Pinch and create chiseled jaw, because you want to draw a clear outline where you don't put the ham on top.
3. Place the My Melody stencil on a slice of ham and wrap with plastic wrap. Cut out the hood and the folded ear with eyebrow scissors.
4. Use the Character Nori Punch to cut out eyes and mouth. (you can also use eyebrow scissors)
5. Cut out and place the My Melody's flower hair accessory stencil on a slice of cheese. Use a design knife or a toothpick to cut carefully around the stencil. Cut out a slice of cheddar cheese to make a core of the flower and a nose.
6. Place the side dishes and the rice in a bento box. Then arrange the parts with tweezers.

5 Cute Kamaboko Decoration Ideas
薔薇 (Bara/Rose)
Slice white Kamaboko about 1cm thick. Make a cut on the top. Make 3 ultrathin slices of pink Kamaboko, layer, then roll. Place it in the white Kamaboko.
兎 (Usagi/Bunny)
Slice pink Kamaboko about 1cm thick. Peel the pink part leaving about 2cm of the end. Cut off 1cm of the end of the peel and cut out the eye using a straw. Cut out the eye of the white part and insert the pink eye. Slice the peel into half then roll to make the ears.
結び (Musubi/Knot)
Slice Kamaboko about 5mm thick. Make a cut in the center, then make staggered cut half way through on both sides. Put both sides through the hole in the center in the opposite direction. Pull to make the not.
手綱 (Tazuna/Rope)
Slice Kamaboko about 1cm thick. Peel the pink part leaving about 2cm of the end. Make 2cm cut in the center. Put the end through the hole.
孔雀 (Kujyaku/Peacock)
Slice Kamaboko about 5mm thick. Make 2mm slices leaving 5mm of the ends. Fold each in the same direction.
Like you eat Sashimi, you can eat Kamaboko with Soy Sauce and Wasabi :)

Koinobori (こいのぼり) is carp-shaped wind socks traditionally flown on May 5th in Japan to celebrate "Tango no Sekku" (端午の節句), boy's festival, in honor of sons and in the hope that they will grow up healthy and strong.
However in 1948, the government renamed the day "Kodomo no Hi" (こどもの日), children's day, to respect children's personalities and to celebrate their happiness.
But we Japanese still celebrate "Tango no Sekku" on this day! If you come to Japan, you will find many foods and products represent Koinobori (carp)!
So, today, I will show you how to make carp-shaped spring rolls because my darling requested it. hehe

Koinobori Spring Rolls
Difficulty: Medium
Time: 1 hour
Number of servings: 10
Ingredients:
((Spring Rolls))
10 spring roll pastry (wrappers)
100g (3.5oz.) thinly sliced pork
100g (3.5oz.) carrot
100g (3.5oz.) cabbage
1 (30g=1.1oz.) green pepper
80g (3oz.) boiled takenoko (bamboo shoot)
2 shiitake mushrooms *dried ones are perfect
1 tbsp. cooking oil
A
* 1 tbsp. soy sauce
* 1 tbsp. sake
* 2 tsp. sugar
* 3 tbsp. water *chicken stock is perfect
* salt and pepper
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. katakuriko (starch) with 2 tbsp. water
a bit of flour and water to seal the spring roll pastry
vegetable oil for frying
((Decoration))
boiled star-shaped carrot
boiled green beans
sliced American cheese and Nori sheet for eyes
ketchup for fish scales
Directions:
((Spring Rolls))
1. Thinly slice the pork and the vegetables. *season the pork with salt and pepper if you have time
2. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and saute the pork. When the pork starts to change color, add carrots, bamboo shoots, green peppers, shiitake mushrooms, and cabbages in order. Then cook until softened and season with A.
3. Turn off the heat, add katakuriko (starch) with water, heat again to thicken the sauce, then season with sesame oil. Stop the heat and leave it to cool completely.
4. Divide the filling into 10 portions. Place 1 portion of the filling about 2 inches above the bottom corner of the spring roll pastry. Roll the wrapper half-way. Then fold both sides in toward the center and continue to roll. Spread a small amount of the mixture of flour and water on the tip to seal.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan to 140C (284F). Dip 5 (or maybe all if you have a large pan) spring rolls and fry them slowly until golden brown and crisp, stirring occasionally. *It takes about 10 minutes but in this way you will get crispy spring rolls!
((Decoration))
1. Place the boiled green beans, the boiled star-shaped carrot and the spring rolls on a plate.
2. Cut out the sliced American cheese and Nori sheet to make the eyes. Draw fish scales with ketchup.
* If you want a dipping sauce, you can mix soy sauce and Japanese mustard (Karashi) together.
