It was a wonderful experience today attending the relaxing #TSBeautyGym event held by @FivelementsHabitats and @AapeStore in @HKTimesSquare. We experienced the stunning Soundscapes room with a Hatha Yoga session with @MayNogoy. Just what I needed, a relaxation for my mind and body! Definitely will be back for more later, thanks for having us!!!

It was my first time ever to be in the stunning Soundscapes room + Hatha Yoga session with @NayNogoy, feeling so relaxed and recharged after some good stretches with all the students💛
