Hey guys, some of you asked me about the ingredients in my “superfood smoothie” that I posted in my stories. So here it is 🙌🏻:
Chia seeds, maca powder, spirulina, raw cacao powder, acai powder, brown rice protein, goji berries powder (or dried), flax seeds, coconut water & coconut milk.
I make a huge batch and mix several spoons with coconut water & coconut milk every morning. Super convenient. The recipe always changes depending on what I need. This one is def a favourite 💯.
I made a video on YouTube awhile back which include the benefits of each ingredient, & the measurements.
