RESEPI HOKKAIDO GEBU GEBAS
P/s : Sebelum tu save dulu dekat wall masing2.. Nanti senang nak buat rujukan dan pastikan korang dah like Resepi Sheila Rusly & Ketuk-Ketuk Ramadan ok..😘
STEP 1
1. Pecahkan 4 biji putih telur (KUNING TELUR LETAK DALAM BEKAS LAIN)
2. 4 sudu besar gula halus
* mixer smpai bertanduk yer..meringue
letak tepi dlu yg meringue
Note : meringue tu jgn ada bercampur sedikit air atau kuning tlur atau apa2 jelaa..hihi..nnti xjdi lerrr meringue awk2 semue..nnti xjdi frust pulak
STEP 2
1. 4 biji Kuning telur (yg dah ada dlm bekas tadi)
2. 3 sudu besar gula
* kacau2 je guna whisk (godek2 mcm tu)
3. Masukkan susu cair setengah cawan( saya guna dutch lady)
4. Minyak masak 5 sudu besar
* smbung kacau guna whisk sampai sebati
STEP 3 ( ayak dulu)
1. 1/2 cawan gandum
2. 2 sudu besar tpung jagung/kastard
3. Stgh sudu kecil baking poder
masukkan step 3 ni ke dalam step 2..kacau2 guna whisk
lepas tu campurkan dgn step 1 tdi..kacau2 sampai sebati
JOM KITA BAKOR
GUNA API ATAS BAWAH YER SUHU 160..DALAM MASA 20 MINIT..TGK LA KALO DAH MASAK..X LEKAT LERR KAT LIDI BILA KITA CUCUK2
JGN LUPA PANASKAN OVEN DULU DLM 10 MINIT SUHU 170
FILLING TU:
1. marjerin 1 sudu
2. Susu cair 200 ml
* panaskan dlu utk cairkan marjerin
Masukkan
3. 1 sudu besar tpung gandum
4. 1 sudu besar kastard
5. 1 biji telur
6. 4 sudu besar gula
Masak jer semua..sentiasa kacau guna api kecil

One Pot Sesame Oil Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
Serves 6 pax

60ml (2 fl oz) sesame oil
1 thumb-size young ginger (sliced thinly)
460g (16.2 oz or 1 lb) chicken thigh meat (cut into bite sizes)
2 tablespoons Chinese white rice wine (optional)
5 cloves garlic (sliced thinly)
A few dashes of white pepper
3 cups rice (use a rice cup to measure or a 210ml (7.1 fl oz) cup to measure)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder (You can use chicken stock to replace water)
1.5 tablespoons premium dark soy sauce
3 cups water (use a rice cup to measure or a 210ml (7.1 fl oz) cup to measure)
2 stalks spring onion (cut into finger length)

Our version of curry chicken is slightly different from the usual Malay or Indian curry. You gotta try it to understand what I’m talking about.

Ingredients:
Serves 8 pax
Ingredients (A)

3 red onions
2 stalks of lemongrass (only white stem)
3 pieces of red chilli (remove seeds)
1.5 thumb size of young ginger
1 thumb size of fresh turmeric
1 thumb size of galangal
10-12 pieces of shallots
5 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of candlenut
16 pieces of dried chilli (rehydrated & deseeded)
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Ingredients (B)

1 tablespoon of cumin (dry roasted & grounded)
1 tablespoon of coriander seeds (dry roasted & grounded)
2 tablespoons of meat curry powder
A handful of curry leaves
2 teaspoons of salt
Ingredients (C)

1 kg of whole chicken
650g of potatoes
1 litre of water
0.5 teaspoon of sugar
3 teaspoons of salt
660ml of Ayam brand coconut milk (2 packs)
Steps
———-
Blend ingredients A into a paste then fry until the oil separates from the paste. This frying step will take about 20 mins. Add some oil when frying.
Once the rempah paste is stir fried, add ingredients B and stir fry to mix well.
Then add chicken and fry for a while, followed by the potatoes.
Add water and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
Slowly stir in the coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer then turn off the flame.
Leave the curry in the pot for 30 mins before serving.

Baked Pork Chop Rice is a popula dish in Hong Kong. Some of the restaurants or cha chan teng (Hong Kong's local cafes) serve the pork chop in tonkatsu style but in an effort to make this dish healthier, Roland opted for pan-frying instead. Like the restaurants in Hong Kong, Roland cooked a simple fried rice as a bed for the pork chop to rest on, followed by his very delicious tomato based sauce. Finally, this yummy combo is then topped off with a lot of mozzarella cheese and baked to perfection. My tummy is growling as I'm writing this. Haha.

Marinated Pork Chop

4 pcs of pork loin/pork chop (total weight 330g)
2 pcs of lightly smashed garlic
half a thumb size of lightly smashed young ginger
4 tablespoons of light soy sauce
3 tablespoons of Chinese white rice wine
3 tablespoons of cornflour
Fried rice
----
8 beaten eggs
6 cups of cooked rice (from 3 cups of uncooked rice)
2 teaspoons of chicken stock powder
2 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
A few dashes of white pepper or black pepper
Tomato based sauce
-----
1 big red onion - sliced
2 shallots - sliced
2 cloves of garlic - chopped
3 thinly sliced fresh button mushrooms
1 whole tomato - cut into wedges
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Some cornstarch solution
Others
----
3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
Bake the dish at 180C for 10 mins, followed by 200C for 5 mins - total 15 mins bake time.
