Hi everyone!
I'm back with a Cooking Vlog! It was Tim's birthday a few days ago. He turned 26!!!!! (He still looks like a 15 year old LOL) So for his birthday, he wanted to be in his pjs all day (which he did) and eat a delicious home cooked dinner.
Now I don't cook very often. I promised him a 3 course dinner. I panicked. Luckily the dishes he choose wasn't too hard to make. BUT, I was proper sweaty and exhausted afterwards. Ladies, how do you do this everyday for your man?
Hopefully from two years ago, my cooking skills have improved a little. I'm not expert. Just sharing my recipe with you guys if you wanna try. The dishes are nothing fancy.

Bruschetta (he wanted to add cheese & bacon)
Chicken Broccoli Pasta Bake (Tim's favorite dish)
There was also cake but that was a cake mix so.... didn't think it required to be vlogged since all I added was water, oil and eggs.

PPpppps. Why is my ring on my middle finger? It's still a little loose on me so I wore it on my middle finger for cooking. Technically it's not wrong though. In UK, a lot of people wear it on the middle finger too I think? Maybe I'm wrong lol.

Ingredients:
200g steamed corn
200g soy milk
100g onion
a clove of garlic
50g mushroom
1 tsp salt
10g parsley
black pepper
300g gnocchi(see recipe here. https://youtu.be/FVh1nt9IhEk )
Instructions:
1. Blend corns and soy milk with a blender.
2. Fry garlic, onion and mushroom on a frying pan.
3. Boil gnocchi.
4. Add gnocchi, corn cream and chopped parsley to a frying pan.

にんにく 一片
たまねぎ 100g
マッシュルーム 50g
イタリアンパセリ 10g
塩 小さじ1
黒胡椒 少々

「作り方」
１、トウモロコシと豆乳をブレンダーなどで滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
２、にんにく、玉ねぎ、マッシュルームを炒めます。
３、ニョッキを茹でます。
