【我的新式教學法,被報導出來了】
法國波爾多葡萄酒學院,在全球擁有超過250位國際認證講師。我從2008年獲得認證,至今已經超過10年,在國際講師社群裡,屬於資深的那一輩。但是我教葡萄酒已經將近20年,在這20年當中,我不斷精進自己,最後,我發現不但要精進自己的知識,也要精進自己的教學功力。
在近年來,我嘗試不同的教學方法,不斷突破與改變,每當我得到新的啟發與成功經驗,我也分享出去,試著影響同儕講師。今年的一些契機,讓我一口氣收成了過去幾年的努力。讓大家看見,講師,不但要有料,而且要會教。
波爾多葡萄酒學院今年年初舉辦講師年會,鼓勵講師多多運用新式教學法,我深有同感,立即著手為2019的波爾多葡萄酒學院大師講堂(台南場與台北場),設計了全新的內容與課堂活動。
課後,我把這兩場的規劃心得與課堂實際操作經驗,分享在波爾多葡萄酒學院國際認證講師專屬的內部社群裡,還把整個課程的直播,濃縮剪輯成有註解說明的教學短片,附了英文字幕,希望其他國際講師都能從我的文章與短片裡,得到教學方法與課堂設計的啟發。
這兩場大師講堂不只在台灣業界留下迴響,甚至「驚動」了法國波爾多葡萄酒學院。當他們計畫要針對新式教學法做一份專題報導,便想到了我。這份報導在最近一期電子報刊出,還附了一張我今年回波爾多參加培訓的照片。
報導裡提到我所說的:「在課堂裡,講師講得愈少,學生學得愈好。這不意謂講師偷懶,恰恰相反,講師在課前反而要做更多準備工作,包括設計課堂活動、分組討論、遊戲化教學等。這些非傳統講述式的課堂操作,目的是要讓學生參與實作與主動思考。準備課程的時間增加了,但是教學效果也提升了,非常值得。」
為了濃縮龐大的酒類知識體系而不至於簡單到出了錯,我不斷學習研究。
真心想把我所面對的人教會,我不斷精進課堂教學方法與技術。

Using the Montessori method
“I really love the new teaching techniques the Bordeaux Wine has showed us“, states Paul Wang, based in Taiwan. Since his accreditation in 2008, he has participated in a workshop with Franck Thomas[1] at the convention, which has enabled him to enhance his teaching methods. Paul writes very detailed posts about his methods, which he shares on the Bordeaux Wine School tutor’s Facebook page Wine O’Club. He is convinced that “the most efficient way of learning is by participating” and encourages tutors to break away from conventional lecture-style teaching methods. “Ideally, the teacher should only speak 20% of the time, according to Franck Thomas. Speaking less does not mean the tutor is lazy, quite the opposite, insists the Taiwanese tutor. “This means spending even more time beforehand developing activities (discussion groups, presentations, games, etc.) so that students can get involved and learn independently. I now spend a lot longer preparing my courses, but the results are definitely worth it.”

【Flexibility(柔軟度)的原始義與重要性】
上個星期課程結束後有學員問起課程中柔軟操的動作,剛好主辦單位RQ拍下來放在網路上。
這些動作並非出自我原創,而是跟尼可拉斯.羅曼諾夫博士(Pose Method®的創辦人)學來的,他說他帶奧運選手時也要求他們每天做。
他在《羅曼諾夫的姿勢跑法》一書中有提到,優秀的柔軟度包含三大要素,分別是關節的可活動度、韌帶與肌腱的伸縮能力、肌肉的放鬆程度
,其中最重要的是「關節的可活動度」。下面把《羅曼諾夫的姿勢跑法》與《跑步該怎麼跑》兩本書中的幾段關於柔軟度的譯文截錄出來分享:
傳統會認為肌肉可以被伸展和拉長,但從解剖學教科書中我們可以得知:肌肉的長度是固定的,而且肌肉的長度是由與其相搭配的骨頭與關節的尺寸來決定。
「柔軟度」一字的英文是:flexability,可被拆成「flex」(彎曲)與「ability」(能力)兩個字根。因此柔軟度一詞代表的就是「關節自由彎曲的能力」。
柔軟度跟肌肉的放鬆程度有密切的關係,愈放鬆的肌肉關節彎曲的幅度也能愈大。從這個角度來看,吸引我的不是肌肉,而是關節。肌肉只是支撐在關節上並賦予它活動的能力,如果關節活動度不夠的話,肌肉力量再大,運動表現都會受到限制。因此在進行這類活動度的訓練時,你的心態需要調整,本章的動作有別於一般傳統的伸展運動,你無須用力把肌肉拉到緊繃,短暫輕柔的伸展也能達到放鬆肌肉與釋放壓力的效果,也就是說伸展無法使肌肉本身變得更長,但卻可以使它變得更靈敏與更放鬆。本章的動作主要是藉由釋放關節的活動潛能,來改善你身體的功能性與活動度,使它具有更大的可動範圍。這跟單純的伸展肌肉是兩回事。
原文:The dynamic movements you are about to learn are a little different from the conventional stretching methods you were taught in high school— methods based on the antiquated notion that muscles can be stretched and lengthened. From anatomy textbooks it is well-known that a muscle’s length is fixed and determined by the size of the supporting bones and joints. Flexibility, by the meaning of the two
words—“flex” and “ability”—is the ability to freely move the joints. The key to flexibility, as it relates to muscles, is their ability to relax, allowing your joints to move. In this respect, I am appealing not to muscles, but to joints. The muscles support and empower joint movement. This type of mobility work requires a different mind-set than traditional stretching. Gentle stretching with short holds can also relax the muscle involved, releasing tension, which in turn makes the muscle not longer, per se, but more responsive. By freeing up the movement potential of your joints, you will improve your functional mobility, allowing you to move through larger ranges of motion. This has nothing to do with stretching your muscles.
溫故而知新,《跑步該怎麼跑》第35章〈柔軟度〉有幾段話,可以讓所有想變強的耐力運動員好好思考,是否該把「柔軟度」當成像LSD和亞索八百同等重要的訓練:
人的身體之中沒有不重要的部分。雖然我們一再強調跑步時最主要的使力點是後大腿肌群,但當你盡全力跑時身體的每一條肌肉都會互相配合,所以從最小的關節到最大的肌群都要準備妥當。想要跑得好,身體的每一個地方都需要受到重視。(220頁)
當我們想到關節與其周邊相關組織的價值時,最厲害的跑者流暢且毫不費力的跑步身影總會出現在我們的腦海中。那是因為流暢與不費力的動作不可能經由吱嘎吱嘎響的關節與其周邊僵硬的組織所完成。也許有些人的身體天生就很柔軟,但其實一般人只要經過適度的訓練,身體的柔軟度都能明顯提升。(220頁)
大部分的人都知道阿姆斯壯抗癌復出之後改變騎乘風格的故事,那使他從爆發力十足的單日公路賽選手,變成主宰世界驛站多日賽的冠軍選手。事實上,他在一九九九與二零零零年連續兩年贏得環法賽之後,很多人都曾自然興起一個疑問:「經過癌症的折磨後,他怎麼可能變得更厲害?」(218頁)
阿姆斯壯準備二零零一年的環法賽期間,回答了那個問題。他說他在每天的訓練菜單中加入一個全新的元素:「一天拉筋一小時」。拉筋是否有效?他的成績就是最好的證據,那一年他以新的騎乘風格連續贏得了瑞士巡迴賽與環法賽。拉筋不只可以使他的力量和爆發力有更好的發揮空間,而且也能幫助他在一站接一站的賽事中恢復地更快。從二零零一年的六月到七月,持續五週的高強度賽事中,他的身體都處於極佳的狀態。(218頁)

An initial type executes a modification that is greater than the model in 2002 around the engine, the exterior, the chassis, and the gear ratio, etc. though it is this car that an advanced technique was demanded contrasting it with the falcon of the criticized rival by the rider when it is handled the engine with a little difficult treatment and to handle it nervous easily. It improves to the engine characteristic and handling that became a neutral, and the setting that can enjoy the winding running on the pass road etc. without reserve. The radial mount brake caliper of the ZX-10R transfer who is the super-sports model of this company is adopted from the model in 2004.
The engine installed in ZX-12R can buy the unit for about 600,000 yen by making it to Japanese yen. Serious damage can be repaired even when receiving it the entire engine therefore. The thing installed in other Ninja series because an engine mount method different from a conventional Ninja series is adopted cannot be done. The sports car equipped with the engine for ZX -12R is sold in foreign countries. PWC that adopts this engine from Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. is put on the market.
The seat of the flagship was transferred to ZZR1400 that was the succession model, and it became a production end in 2006 though it was this car that had been bearing the flagship of Kawasaki.
