Recipe:
200gm bread flour
50gm wholemeal flour
50gm fine oatmeal
55gm brown sugar
10gm VGrains/milk powder
6gm instant dried yeast (I dumped in the whole packet)
1gm bread improver
2gm emulsifier (optional)
1 egg
65gm butter
A pinch of salt
65ml iced/chilled water
50ml UHT milk
Raisins/sultanas/currants/dried cranberries/pitted kurma (suka hati lah!) Method: Place everything in the breadmaker and choose the sweet bread function & hit start to let it do its thing.
Kalau tak de bread maker, gonyoh le dengan segala kederat yang ada sampai jadi an elastic dough ball. Pakai cake mixer fitted with a dough hook pun boleh. Rest until the dough doubles in volume. Knock off the CO2 & alcohol. Uli kejap lagi to recondition the dough. Shape it, rest again until doubles the volume & bake till golden brown at 180*C.
Makan panas-panas dengan salted or sweet butter, smeared with honey or fruit conserve/preserve. Caution: jangan sampai juling! 😅😂🤣💥💣🎉

前からやってみたかったシャンクスの麦わら帽子型メロンパン。量り売りのお菓子屋さんで赤いリボンの様なグミを見つけたので、実現しました。ワンピース好きな方にプレゼントしたいパンです。ちなみにシャンクスの麦わらなのでバギーにつけられた傷はありません。
*レシピ* 10個分
クッキー生地を作ります。
1.フードプロセッサーに薄力粉 280g、砂糖(今回は三温糖)100g、塩 小さじ 1/2をざっと混ぜておく。
2.小さめに切った、無塩バター 40gを入れ、サラっとするまで混ぜる。
3.卵 2個とバニラエッセンス 少々も入れて混ぜる。
4.ひとまとまりにしてラップに包み冷蔵庫で休ませておく。
パン生地を作ります。
5.フードプロセッサーに強力粉 140g、はちみつ 5g、ドライイースト 2g(小さじ 1/2)、牛乳 95g(95ml)を入れて捏ねる。
6.ザッと捏ねたら、小さく切った無塩バター 7gも入れて捏ねる。
7.キレイなひとまとまりに捏ね上がったら、薄くサラダ油を塗ったボウルに入れ、乾燥しないように35度で40分ほど1次発酵する。
8.冷蔵庫で冷やしておいた4の生地を10等分にし、ラップに挟んで丸く伸ばし、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。
9.1次発酵の終わった7のパン生地を麺棒で伸ばし、ガス抜きをする。
10.10等分にし、丸めなおす。
11.とじ目を下にし、固く絞った布巾をかけ、15分休ませる。
12.11を軽く丸め直し、オーブンペーパーの上に置く。
13.12の上に8をかぶせ、丸型で抜く。
14.ナイフで麦わら帽子の模様を付ける。
15.40度で30分、2次発酵する。
16.190度に予熱したオーブンで12分焼く。
17.できあがり。
*Recipe* for 10 pieces
Make the cookie dough.
1.Mix lightly 280g cake flour,100g brown sugar (Sanonto),1/2tsp salt in a food processor.
2.Put in 40g salt-free butter cut more smallish, and mix until it becomes smooth.
3.Also put in and mix 2 eggs and a little vanilla essence.
4.Wrap with plastic wrap in a bundle, and place to rest it in the refrigerator.
Make the bread dough.
5.Put in and kneaded 140g bread flour, 5g honey, 2g (1/2tsp) dry yeast, and 95g (95 ml)milk in a food processor.
6.After kneading lightly, also put in and knead 7g salt-free butter which cut small.
7.After having been kneaded to the good bundle, put it into the bowl which painted vegetable oil lightly. Let rise by primary fermentation about 40 minutes at 35 ℃. (Take care so that it may not be made to dry. )
8.Make the chilled dough(4) into 10 equal parts. Insert into wraps, lengthen round, and keep it cool in the refrigerator.
9.Lengthen with a rolling pin the bread dough(7) which primary fermentation finished to degas .
10.Make it into 10 equal parts, and round.
11.Turn down the seam. Put a tightly wrung cloth, and make it to rest for 15 minutes.
12.Reround lightly (11), and place on the oven paper.
13.Cover with (8) on (12), and extract by a round mold.
14.Put the pattern of straw hat with a knife.
15. Let rise by secondary fermentation about 30 minutes at 40 ℃.
16.Bake for 12 minutes in the oven preheated at 190 ℃.
17.Finished.

Honey Butter Toast with Vanilla Ice Cream
Difficulty: Very Easy

Ingredients:
thick slices of bread
butter
vanilla ice cream
honey
Directions:
1. Cut out the inner portion of the bread, cut into bite-size pieces, and place them back in place. OR make bite-size incisions on the bread.
2. Heat butter in a frying pan, soak butter on both sides of bread, then cook until crisp golden brown. (If you have a toaster oven, you can put some butter on the bread then toast)
3. Top with ice cream and sprinkle with some honey.

Preparation Method:

作法:
1.雞蛋與鮮奶混合拌勻成鮮奶蛋液備用。
2.將土司切掉硬邊,取一片土司塗上花生醬,再疊上另一片土司。
3.將土司放入作法1的鮮奶蛋液中輕壓,使土司沾勻鮮奶蛋液。
4.熱平底鍋,放入約1大匙的奶油,開小火將土司放入鍋中煎至兩面金黃後取出裝盤,淋上煉乳即可。
