I get this question a lot: "I only want to look ripped and toned, but I don't want to build muscles because I don't want to become too big.”
To address this question, we need to first establish the fact that you can't look ripped aka "toned" without first having a good amount of muscle mass, even with low body fat (11% below). Having low body fat level without decent muscle mass wont make you ripped; you will only look skinny, like most long distance runners.
P.s: I’m not trying to troll any long distance athlete physique (I respect their extreme endurance fitness and strong mentality) but just taking it as an example to illustrate what I’m saying.
If you want to get a defined body, you’ll first have to identify and work with your current body composition. Are you skinny? Are you fat? or someone who is already muscular with a high body fat level? Eg. For a Fat person, he/she should focus more on bringing down their body fat level to a healthy body composition first, and then build up muscle mass from there. Whereas, for a skinny person, he/she just needs to focus on building muscle mass, while maintaining a low level of body fat.

Delighted to attend the inauguration of Silat Road Sikh Temple earlier today, after a prolonged renovation during the pandemic.
Like other religious groups, Sikh leaders have helped their worshippers adjust to disruptions caused by the pandemic. To address the stresses caused by the pandemic, the Coordinating Council of Sikh Institutions commissioned a taskforce called 'Project Akaal' to provide support for mental health within the Sikh community. Our gurdwaras rallied the Sikh community to help those in need during this difficult period, regardless of race, religion or background.
These initiatives set a good example for the wider community, as we move towards a new normal of living with an endemic virus. Silat Road Sikh Temple is not just a sacred place of worship, but a shining icon in the multi-religious and multi-racial landscape of Singapore. Congratulations once again to the Sikh community on this momentous occasion!

0:19 Trailing Stop Loss Technique #1
The first technique that I want to share with you is moving average. By now, I think that you should be familiar that moving average is something that you can use to trail you stop-loss, so, for example, let's say that you went long on the break of this highs over here. The market break of this high over here, and you can trail your stop-loss using this moving average. This is the trending period moving average. So you only exit the trade when the price breaks and closes below it.
2:00 Trailing Stop Loss Technique #2
The second technique is the market structure. So for those of you who are price action traders, you can use the structure of the markets to trail your stop-loss. Here is an example, we can see over here, let's say for example, again you long the break out over here, the market hits higher, retraces right. This is the swing-low, which we can reference to set your stop-loss, so your stop-loss won't go below your swing-low. The market makes a new high, makes a new swing-low, this swing-low you can reference your stop-loss, the market makes a new high, retraces - makes a new swing-low, you can reference it as your stop-loss. The market makes a new swing high, and then it retraces, and finally over here, breaks and closes below the swing low over here, where you exit the trade.
3:54 Trailing Stop Loss Technique #3
The third technique I want to share with you is percentage change. This is very straightforward. Very useful for stock traders. This stock: Alibaba, you can see that it made a high of $110 so what it can do is that it can just use a percentage change to trail a stop-loss.
5:00 Trailing Stop Loss Technique #4
The fourth technique I want to share with you is Average True Range. A very powerful way to trail your stop-losses. Well, how it works, is that, ignore this indicator for a while. So by right now, you know what the A-T-R indicator is, its a measurement of volatility in a market. So if you pull out your A-T-R indicator, it will give you a value. So let's say for example the A-T-R indicator currently shows you, let's say 100 pips for euro dollar.
7:20 Trailing Stop Loss Technique #5
And, lastly right, you can use the previous candle high/low to trail your stop-loss. Let me share with you an example, so if you recall bitcoin, it has been moving pretty strongly over the last of, I'll say 2017. You can see that the market went parabolic over here, the range of the candles got larger and larger. So where you could have trailed your stop-losses is that if the price breaks and close below the previous day low, you'll exit the trade.
A quick recap, the first technique I shared with you is to use the moving average to trail a stop-loss. Or you can use market structure referencing from the swing-high and swing-low to trail your stop-loss. You can use percentage change as well right, if the price drops x percent, you exit the trade. You can use the average true range, slash chandelier stop, to trail your stop-loss, which is based on the volatility of the market. And, last but not least, you can trail based on the previous candle high or low, which is very useful when the market has gone parabolic. Okay, so I have come to the end of this video.

1:25 KEY Tips for Trading Breakouts #1
The reason I'm looking for a buildup is very simple, it tells you one thing. For example, in this case, it is formed at resistance and has a buildup form at resistance. What it's telling you is that buyers are willing to buy at these higher prices, right?
1:44 KEY Tips for Trading Breakouts #2
Think about this, resistance is an area where traders are looking to get in the market. Where you expect the price to come down. The fact that the price cannot come down and is hovering at these higher prices, for quite a while in fact, it's about like, what? 20, 25 candles? It's telling you that the buyers are just willing to buy at these higher prices. And this is a sign of strength. Traders are buying at such higher prices because they think that the price is about to breakout higher. So this is a sign of strength and whenever you see a buildup form at resistance, it's a sign of strength. And, the market could possibly breakout from here.
2:16 KEY Tips for Trading Breakouts #3
Opposite of this is what we call the descending triangle. It's simply lower highs into support where you notice that the price is actually making lower highs into support. Telling you that the sellers are willing to sell at this lower price. And so they're just the inverse. Okay?
2:24 KEY Tips for Trading Breakouts #4
The fourth technique I wanna share with you is what I call the re-test. So when the price breaks out, there are times where it comes back and re-test the level previous resistance tested support. So here's an example, price breakout of this height re-test the previous resistance now it can support, price breaks out of it again, re-test previous resistance now it can support. Price then breaks out of this swing high retest previous swing high now it can support. Price breaks out of this swing high or resistance re-test so that it can support. So you can see that, this area in the chart where the price breaks out off in time to come in the future it could potentially act as a level where the buying pressure could come in.
3:26 KEY Tips for Trading Breakouts #5
This is what we call the re-test. So this is useful when the prices breakout and you miss the train you don't have to chase the market because if you're a patient enough, more often than not the market could do a re-test and give you a much more favorable entry price instead of chasing the market and the highs. Okay, and the last technique that I wanna share with you is what I call the strong trend. So this is when the trend is strong and typically is when the price is above the 20MA and in this case is below the 20MA.

0:25 Forex Trading Tip #1
Enter your trades near market structure. So let me share with you how not to do it, right? So firstly, right, often, traders will look at a chart, right. So, let's say, for example, the red one here is your stop loss. The green one is your entry point. And the blue one is your, so-called take profit level. So, traders, they will see this chart, and they say, oh, man, the price is, you know, coming down, lower and lower. Let me, you know, hop on board before you know, I miss the move.
2:51 Forex Trading Tip #2
The second tip is this, right, is that you want to trade breakouts with buildup. So what is buildup, right? Let me explain. For those of you who have been following me a while now, you're already a pro at this. So a buildup means, right, a tight consolidation where the range of the candles gets smaller and smaller. So you can see that over here, this blue box, this is what we call a buildup over here.
4:10 Forex Trading Tip #3
This is a sign of strength that a market is likely to breakout higher. Another variation of this, right, is what we call higher lows into resistance. This is a sign of strength, as well. Notice, you see the higher lows, higher lows, higher lows, higher lows, into resistance. The concept is somewhat similar to the buildup, but this time 'round, it's telling you that buyers are willing to buy at this higher price instead. It's why you see higher lows into resistance. Right, so this is also another sign of strength, right.
4:28 Forex Trading Tip #4
The fourth tip that I want to share with you is what I call the first pullback. So often, right, the price, it can break out. And if it breaks out, right, you might have missed the move, right, if you didn't catch the breakout. But don't worry, because more often than not, right, the price will give you a chance to re-enter, to catch the trend.
5:23 Forex Trading Tip #5
The fifth thing that I want to share with you is to set your stop loss, right, away from market structure, because often, what traders do is that let's say, the market is in a range, okay? They go long, right, and price hits up higher, they go long over here. Where do they put their stop loss? They put their stop loss just below this level of support. And what happens? Well, the market could just as well come down lower, trigger your stop loss, and then continue higher. So this is why, right, you don't want to put your stop loss just below support, or just above resistance.
7:22 Forex Trading Tip #6
The sixth tip that I want to share with you is entry technique, right, to profit from traders who long breakout, and then they got trapped. Here's how it works. So this is what I call the false break set-up. So you can see that over here, area of resistance, resistance, market broke out of resistance on this candle. You can imagine, right, that actually at one point in time, this candle was looking bullish, something like this, okay?
9:16 Forex Trading Tip #7
And the last tip that I want to share with you is this, right. Use limit order for a better risk-to-reward on our trades. So let me share with you an example. So you can see over here, alright, this is a chart of Euro Yen for our timeframe. How do I know that, because it's over here. Okay, so, this is a very typical set-up that traders will trade prices at an area of support, right? Coming to an area of support, right. Now this step once, twice, you can mark up your support level. It's going to be quite obvious. And then, this bullish reversal candle is so bullish, right? You suddenly just hit a massive reversal, and close near this highs over here.
Check out my website, download these two books, right, click this blue button, and I'll send it to your email address for free, right? And that's it, right. If you've enjoyed this video, right, leave thumbs-up button, yeah, right? Subscribe to my channel. And if you have any questions for me, let me know below, and I'll do my best to help.
