既然要挑戰25天,不如也挑戰25種不同的伏地挺身吧!
今天做的是啞鈴單邊著地伏地挺身,需要很好的肩與核心穩定性,兩邊的感受度也因角度不同對胸跟三頭有不同的刺激。

25 push-ups a day for 25 days to help raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression.
每天25下連續25天伏地挺身挑戰,以提高消防,救災救護人員對創傷後壓力症候群的認識。
Many of us have in some way or another felt the pain brought on by losing someone to suicide and I want to do my part to let everyone know there are people that love and care about you, who are willing to help you in any way they can.
PTSD 創傷記憶有時候會被貯存在 #程序記憶 中,當病患做了某一特定身體動作時,便觸發了創傷後應激障礙。創傷後應激的情緒反應可以在災難後立刻發作,在數月後平息也可能一直持續,變成慢性症候群,延遲發病。PTSD也有可能在另一個壓力事件下浮出檯面,如家人或親密朋友之死亡、或被診斷患有重大疾病。
每個人、都需要有勇氣跨出第一步
哪怕只是一小步
都能為自己和周遭朋友帶來改變
我希望能讓更多消防以外的朋友參與這項活動、讓更多人關注這個活動的價值
同時期望所有消防人員,救災,救護人員,永遠平安
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
Let's reach as many people as possible.
Let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you.

因為他熱愛公益,最近一年也開始健身了!
既然要挑戰25天,不如也挑戰25種不同的伏地挺身吧!
今天採取腳放在高處,讓身體傾斜,這樣可以讓上胸跟前肩感受更多阻力。而且今天練肩,剛好把這個動作放在訓練肩跟三頭的最後,果然無法連續做25下啊!
